Got 4 drinks yesterday and all of them had flaws. I worked at a tim hortons as well as other cafes in the past, and I've never seen them mess up a simple double-double before. The London tea I ordered was absolutely abysmal.

Their ice cappuccino machine is constantly breaking and they give the beverage out with the consistency of water sometimes. I was told to come back in 7 minutes so that it would not be watery and came back in 15, it had the consistency of water still. This is not the first time this has happened, It's happened about a dozen times now. They keep running out of cups and caps as well, they do not appear to be very competent.

I ordered Uber and this is by far the most disgusting Tim Hortons ever, donuts are so old that even my dogs did not come close , they smelled it and went away, if a dog refuses a donut, means something is not right. @Timhortons, this is absolutely wrong! I paid for these items , I expect to get what I paid for. The whole order was messed up, wrongly sent, I specifically ordered chocolate dip, because that’s what we all eat the most, I was sent only 1. I ORDERED INDIVIDUAL ITEMS! Not a bundle! That’s it, im done, this was my last chance to you. Not the first, but guess what, THIS IS THE LAST TIME!

I don't wanna say I love it because sometimes there are workers who don't care like you say your order and they say okay go wait there... like I don't what to say but overall that food the atmosphere is really really good. The place isn't that far from me so I can go there every day to eat from there. They serve everything. It is a little tim hortons but they do serve everything that the other big tim hortons serve. So I recommend you to go there and order something. They prepare your food pretty fast and if they forget they will give you free things (happened to me) so yeah! If you have any more questions just say it to me and I will respond as fast as I can.

Had worst TimHortons experience of my life on Sunday Morning. I placed a mobile order and waited there for 30minutes. Although half of the stuff we ordered was unavailable on shelves, the staff didn't even follow the instructions properly: bagels were not properly double toasted, coffee was missing sugar and cream. On top of that person on cash, with glasses, was extremely rude and disrespectful
