Dr. Andrew Lavigne

Right from the time I entered the office I felt that all of the staff here were down to earth and helpful. Michelle, the technician who performed the first tests, was very friendly and efficient, explaining what she was doing along the way. When Dr Lavigne entered the room where I was waiting, he greeted me and introduced himself using his first name. He went right to work and once again as he checked me over he explained what he was doing. He even displayed a bit of humor. I felt very relaxed and I am confident that Dr Lavigne provided me with an accurate diagnosis.

Good doctor but painful experience

I can’t say with conviction without proof, so I’ll say, I strongly believe klassen allowed my family physician, glenn seward, to watch my appointment through the web cam on her computer. I’ve never felt so violated and ostracized in my life. I don’t know who enjoys watching someone in pain, but I hope they both enjoyed the show.The physiatrist office I went to after, requested them to send my medical chart, but they refused. They called me and said the receptionist in klassen’s office sounded “as dumb as a box of rocks,” as she was stumbling over her words while trying to provide a good reason as to why they couldn’t send my information.She treats it like a hobby to make it not fun for patients, to phrase it nicely; she strongly lacks professionalism and ethics.

Very organized friendly and professional staff. Examination By Dr. Lavigne was accurate in his findings and a direction to go towards.

I did not like Dr Lavigne at all. He walked in the room , never said hello or introduce himself to me. He never looked at my list of meds that I brought in.The staff of Dr. Lavigne were excellent. I would give a 5 star to his staff who were excellent and did all the testing and work.I would not recommend wasting your time seeing Dr. Lavigne for Neuropathy. A waste of my time.
