Auto Lesner Direct - Used car sales in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Bought my nissan sentra from here. Was the 2014 model. Have had it for almost a year now, and it really was a great buy, even had a little bit of warranty left! Ralph's price and condition of his cars beat anything I could find in Mississauga, so the travel to Hamilton to purchase was worth it. Although Ralph can have a bit of an attitude at times, his cars are awesome.Would definitely buy again from Lesner. Also buying a car that is coming off of a lease from the dealer (e.g. from Nissan, etc) is the best when buying a used car!

Had a great experience at Lesner Auto! All of Ralph's cars are in excellent condition and well priced. He was pleasant to work with and was very thorough in answering all of my questions. I would recommend Lesner Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I bought a car from ralph 11yrs ago a pontiac pursuit it was 16yrs old when it finally died my poor baby i loved that car. My niece and her husband buy from him and my nephew just bought a car from him keep it in the family. Never felt any pressure 2 buy but bc it was such a good deal it was being pursued by simeone else but we showed up 1st which i'm glad we did so if i can get 7yrs out of it i will b happy.

Overall did not get a good vibe when trying to search for a car. My biggest issue is that he won't certify a car unless you pay $500 no negotiating on that. Which is a little sketchy and if you want peace of mind I'd go to used dealership where all their vehicles are certified and safe. Second I had a family member call to enquire about this vehicle as well and he was very rude during the phone conversation. When trying to ask questions about the vehicle the rude responses were Well did you even read the ad online

Buyer beware when dealing with Lesner Auto. After paying extra for a certified vehicle, the brakes were actually seized up. Grinding metal to metal in under two weeks. According to Ralph, this is normal wear and tear and not covered. Ask what is covered under his 30 day warranty on website. Nothing really, just ask. His response in my case, not applicable as it was not written on your bill of sale. Vehicles not serviced as claimed on website. Do not be fooled by the better pricing, you will end up paying much more later. I have documents and the actual grinded up part to prove it. Also, beware what you share of yourself, over the course of my dealings with him, I have heard the life stories of at least 5 different customers, including how he had others remove bad online reviews of him. He even gave me his phone to read texts between him and another customer.Additional Comments :- Missing from Ralph Lesner reply below is the cost for repairs had to be covered by the customer. Ralph DID NOT PAY for the repairs as his reply seems to indicate. Paid $268.93. $200 cash - + 68.93 DebitAnything happens to the car the moment you drive off the lot is no longer his responsibility. In under two weeks, the vehicle was unsafe to drive. This was confirmed by both Ralph himself and one of his outsourced garages.-Also missing from Ralph's Reply was the numerous texts received demanding I remove this review. These included threats of lawsuit, Picture of my drivers license, Links to lawyers, Text with my name and address, screenshot of my facebook profile.-Also missing from Ralph's reply, is his going through one's facebook account and contacting organizations that I am affiliated with, then posting negative reviews of them as well.Be prepared for this level of harassment.

Ralph Lesner is an awesome guy, with great deals on his lot. Very helpful, and easy to talk to. I just financed my first car, and he explained the whole process. I would recommend Lesner Auto to any one looking for a great car at a great price.
