Jesse came by the house to assess damage from a storm. He was polite and knowledgeable and provided key inputs in the assessment. I'm very thankful that he came by on such short notice.

Recently I reached out to Jesse at the 11th hour to see if Datum would fix our front door. He showed up with a couple of other Datum team members, early morning in order to accommodate our ask and fixed the door in minutes.Super friendly and did a great job!10/10 would love the opportunity to work with Datum Homes and Jesse again!

We’ve had Datum Homes complete a few small projects for us around the house and though the scope of work needed hasn’t been huge, their approach was as if it was an entire home build. We always felt like we were top priority (even though they had multiple larger projects on the go) and their attention to detail was unmatched. One month after purchasing my first home it was hit by a very bad hail storm and the vinyl siding was badly damaged. Working with Jesse of Datum Homes in redoing the exterior of my home was a great experience from start to finish and greatly relieved my stress level being a new home owner. Consulting with Jesse as to various options available to me provided me with good information and suggestions to make my final decision as to the best options going forward. I greatly appreciated Jesse's patience with me in asking lots of questions as I decided on the various colours that I wanted to use on my home.Instead of vinyl siding, I went with stucco on the exterior walls and some accent hardie board in a couple areas on the front and back of the home for better curb appeal. Smart board around the windows and garage trim. Repairs to soffits and fascia were also completed. His team provided great work in getting the home wrapped appropriately for stucco and in a timely manner before any additional weather damage occurred.I absolutely love the new look of my home and often get compliments from people walking by loving the new vibe on the street with a new fresh look to the surrounding area. As the majority of all the homes nearby are all vinyl so it is nice to have something different and unique on the street.The team of workers were always there nice and early to get a job done, and were quick to get each phase of the project completed on time and within budget which was greatly appreciated.I would highly recommend Datum Homes for any work that you may need done.RegardsSarah V.
