Exceptional service at Parkview BMW yet again! We purchased our first BMW from Nik at Parkview BMW 3 years ago. The 2016 528 xDrive served us great those years as we took it to them (Parkview BMW) for general maintenance. We decided that we needed an upgrade and saw this 2018 M550; it had the spec we wanted and was the lowest mileage and highest optioned in the market. I called Nikolas Kois, who assisted us with the 528 before, and he set up a meeting the next afternoon. The deal was too great to not accept, I mean he welcomed us in to the dealership with the keys to the car! Moreover, we got great value for our trade-in, the 16’ 528. I want to thank my advisor Nikolas Kois, sales managers Adam Agiviev and Lambri Ratchev, and business manager Samantha Chow for making the process so smooth. Lastly, I would also like to thank product genius Raul Alexa for showing me the tech in the car. We’re always going to be coming back to Nik and his team for the next upgrade, they’re just like us, passionate towards BMW and that’s why we’re family. All the vehicles in the dealership are exceptionally well kept, and are priced best in the market. I had the pleasure of dealing with Denver to buy my first new car. I love every bit of this car and Denver has been very helpful through the entire process, even after the sale. Hopefully future models will have solid state battery soon, and if they do, I will definitely return.

So far, a great experience purchasing a CPO 2018 BMW 340i. Absolutely top notch dealership! no surprise they have won multiple awards year on year. Everyone I worked with was highly customer focused, flexible, and attentive to my needs. On the Sales side, my rep. stayed late to help me and was knowledgeable and thorough. His Manager was hand-on and ensured we reached an agreement that was mutually agreeable digging deep to make things happen. On the business side paperwork was extremely smooth, transparent and I was advised extremely well on how to navigate through the best warranties and packages that made sense to get in addition with the purchase. There were some things on the service side that the car needed and they were really fast and flexible to make that happen within a short timeframe.
