Love the management at 286 kingswood, Every problem got dealt with within a week of asking the ladies and one gentleman that work in the office are amazing & very attentive. Anytime I have questions or concerns they take the time out to always explain or resolve things to me and it’s very convenient having management there throughout the week anytime you have a problem they will be more than happy to help you. Especially Alex she is just the best landlord I have ever had!!

Giving a one star due to the service I received while attempting to apply. I’m a single mother of 2 young kids. Although I’m a single mother with government assistance I have over 2,500 a month income and was told my application was declined but not given reason - I even offered to get a guarantor because I know some building would prefer that extra stability. Nothing. I wasn’t even given a chance to give a guarantor and it feel very malicious and discriminatory. I’ve never personally had a discriminatory experience but it really hurts when just like everyone else, I’m willing to pay for a place to live for my kids and I. I’m not asking for hand outs if cheaper rent. I have the money to pay and I’m not given a chance or the decency to explain their reasoning.

I have been living here for nearly two years and it has been a great experience. Quiet neighbors, the building is kept clean, repairs have been done in a timely manor...nothing to complain about!

These people gave tenants 3 days notice to move all belongings from our patios and balconies for a huge maintenance task.Most of us have no where to store so many large items and with such short notice, we had to leave things outside. Our things are being used, ruined and thrown around by the people working on the balcony repair. We have had barricades put on our door for safety, but this causes an issue if there is ever a fire. Not everyone can squeeze through a window if an emergency occurs. I have ask when this nightmare will end, but have had no response... Maybe I'll get one here ... Also, did you this company" is not using safety protocol or protection? What kind of people are you hiring?!"

The word estates is a real deceiving one lol. Old apartment buildings would be quite appropriate. Laundry machines are never cleaned, hallways are in desperate need of painting and the units are OK and the renovations to the units have been done with cheap materials and shoddy craftsmanship.

Good neighborhood to live. Generally quiet which is good. Close to several amenities. Management is okay and will hear your complaints, may need abit of a push at times. Buildings, both interior and exterior are kept in a good condition by the management. Biggest qualm is the parking situation, that is, inadequate parking for the huge number of residents without any offer of alternatives.

Clean and quite apartments with supportive neighbourhood. The resident manager was always there to help for any queries and sweet heart. Best for small families, students to elderly people.

I don’t live at 274 but they won’t let me review my building but I live at 282.Great place to live, quiet buildings, very clean and our super mike is friendly!

There's a wonderful community here! However, we have lived here for 4 years, and the new building that was recently constructed has had a negative impact on those of us who have lived in the neighbourhood for a long time (many 10+ years). Parking was not planned for when constructing the new building and it has made it difficult for all of us in numerous ways.
