I highly recommend Greg Viger and his expertise. I’ve known him since 2008 when, as a first-time buyer, he secured a mortgage for me for a condo. He knows what he is doing and literally works around the clock to guide you every step of the way. I do contract work, so my hours are not regular. I recently contacted Greg again for help in a very complicated transaction during a highly stressful time. On both occasions, he was a reassuring breath of fresh air.
