Being the closest authorized Apple service centre, I trusted Micro Age to fix my Macbook Retina. After taking over 3 weeks to get back to me with a fix, I have had non-stop issues with it since. They forgot to screw the case back on correctly, and forgot to plugin the keyboard light cable, requiring the laptop to go back into service for several more days. I am now left with no option but to return my laptop to Toronto for fixing their mistakes, as I do not trust their service again.

My work computer died a horrible death. They were not only quick in getting me a brand new one, they also delivered it to the office and helped me with the set-up! I was warned in advance about the data transfer fee and was able to clear my files before the procedure to save myself some cash.

Way overpriced, subpar customer service, and their technicians don't seem to know anything so if you bring your computers to Microage, be prepared to have to come back multiple times.. Oh and you will be charged each time for mistakes THEY made. Save yourself time, money, and a headache and go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
