Lovely staff, Great Prices! I have bought a few things from here and they are amazing!! The delivery crew and their service techs are by far the most friendliest people I have ever met! I couldn't believe when I went to pick up my appliances there were only girls to load! Man they are strong! Overall a great place and I definitely would recommend coming here!

Decent inventory and it seems as though everything is in working order, though much is pretty aesthetically damaged or missing a part. We found a great dishwasher for a rental with some damage but it was only ~$100 off of retail.

We were very pleased with service at Elmira Home Comfort. We went back to them for a new washer. This time we went for a commercial Huebsch model. The delivery was on time and well done. Very pleasant, took off the doors without an issue and put them back on. I will go back for future purchases.

We had a positive experience purchasing a new range. The staff at the store was helpful but not pushy as we considered the options. The install crew was friendly and efficient in handling the removal and then connection of the new appliance. The store definitely has the industrial raw feel but the prices were close to the big box stores so we decided to support a smaller business hoping that any future service needed is positive too.

I purchased a stove . It was left outside with a box, a chair, and a propane tank on top. I had to pay $50 to have someone come and put it into the house. I also was told that I would get a $50 credit because it was a drop off delivery only. I contacted the company on April 25 and since I have received no response .... I am sorry I am writing this. June 26, 2023 .... no response and no credits.

Great place to go to, very helpful staff and reasonable prices. Delivered the same day and took the old appliances out. When there was a small issue with the appliance (it didn't affect use at all) they were very on top of getting the problem resolved in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely be coming back for my appliance needs!
