Disappointing Product, arrived months late with no communication from the company. 1/5 windows had factory issues (eventually fixed). Installation was messy, destructive and continues to require service calls. No escalation process for complaints. I'm still trying to get this fixed over 330 days after ordering. Front door sticks badly due to damage from installation. UPDATE: MY Front door tore off it's hinges due to faulty installation. Thankfully no one was hurt. Ended up bringing in another company to fix this - Golden couldn't do it.

I bought a house with Golden windows installed in 2002. I have really enjoyed them and felt them to be of great quality. However, I now need a few replacement screens and a couple of other minor parts. I have written to the contact us page, I have called directly and opened cases. I have sent endless emails, all to no avail. The green color is impossible for me to find and I would even make my own if they would send the materials in a card board tube. I wish post sales support existed.

I shopped around a lot and was recommended Golden Windows by our contractor that has used them for decades. We purchased 2 windows we installed in a wall on our mid-century modern home from 1964. The windows are high quality beautiful window. Also they arrived exactly when they said. 100% happy with our purchase. Jaime (Sale Rep) was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Golden Windows.

Recently used Golden Windows for a new addition project. Dealt with Jaime who was very helpful and responsive. My order arrived early, delivery guys were great. Really pleased with the quality of product and post-purchase support.Will definitely use Jaime and his team again.

I Built a New house in 2018 and the Golden Windows have been nothing but a problem from day 1. Four window panes were installed backwards. One of the basement sliders leaks when it rains. The Vinyl casement windows are extremely poor quality. They fog up with condensation on a -1 temp day. The grills between the panes are loose, coming apart and cause lots of condensation droplets on the inside of the window. Seals are so drafty and leak air as the locking mechanism doesn't pull the sash tight to the seal. The vinly frames expand when the sun warms them up so that the seal leaks air which makes for a cold drafty house. The the glazing stirp on the inside of the window panes are loose on almost all of the windows. The exterior Sable Colour" is coming off in spots letting the white show through. The wooden pine jamb extensions bleed pine sap through the finish paint. There is no way that the "U Value rating of 1.36" on these windows is remotely close to accurate as the performance in the hot summer and the cold winter is pathetic. I have used golden windows in the past on other builds but never again. To make matters worse both Mike Axford and Dale Harrison have had nothing but excuses when I've inquired about many issues. Now they don't pick up the phone or call back. Extremely disappointed in both the Product and the Service. I live in Cookstown which is just south of Barrie. Please

Great order experience with golden windows. After my window was delivered they realized the screen had been left behind in the shop and delivered it ASAP with no extra cost.

Window and door quality is average. Initially all casement windows and doors leaked air. Superspacer installation requires better quality control. Service team (inside) non responsive and do whatever they want vs what the customer requested with little or no communication.
