Horace is the best trainer I've worked with. We focus on the fundamentals and basics of boxing. He is truly a master at what he does. I have seen my progress working with him 1on1. Recommend him to everyone whether you are a beginner or a pro!

Gideon Boxing Academy is a professional gym that delivers an excellent coaching system. My son is improving his skills in boxing due to the intense training that he gets in every session. Gideon's environment is friendly and family oriented and that makes them unique!! The ring and all the equipment is impeccable.

Personal sessions with the trainers here is an experience like no other. Horace's approach to boxing from both a stylistic and mental aspect is incredible and unrivaled. Its very easy to see how this gym pumps out top level competitive talent. His passion for what he does is undeniable.

Hidden gem 100%. Went in with zero experience and 6 months later I felt like a changed person. The consistency of classes, intensity, one on one, the price, everything about the way they take new students and help them grow. It is amazing. Feels like they are truly teaching you the sport of boxing, not just a fitness class with no long term value!Side note: the facility could use some improvements like new mats, equipment, waiting room etc. I truly believe that would elevate this gym into another stratosphere. Only pointing this out because I truly want a place like this to thrive and grow to its full potential!!!

Excellent true Boxing facility. Very knowledgeable and professional coaches. Head Coach Horace Hunter is a fantastic coach and motivator. This gym is hard core and very focused on a team atmosphere. Very challenging classes and the variety is great for all fitness levels. The personal training sessions are exceptional and is a pleasure to learn from the city's best! The first class was free too!

Best boxing gym me and my kids were ever going to. I can now say this with confidence, being with Gideon for some three years.It's not only for the hardcore fighters - I'm 48, my goal is to get fit, and I've both lost my weight and learned some boxing skills along the way. Beats any boring weight lifting, tell you that!My kids are also loving it - they get confidence, physical fitness, dexterity and skills. Not mentioning the stand your ground" mentality that helps in all walks of life. They are not going to be wimpy kids

Totally new sport for me, was looking for new ways of training and stepping outside my comfort zone. Gideon Boxing Academy allow me to start boxing in a safe and professional environment. Horace really takes his time to correctly teach the fundamentals and coach you to perform in a technical sport. Boxing is for everyone with the right gym and coaching team. I truly enjoy every sessions with Horace and Bonnie. A real family environment. Recommend Gideon Boxing Academy to anyone!

Was out injured for years from a car accident leaving me unable to continue MMA. Couple years later my rehab therapist Lu Strength Therapy which is around the corner recommended me this gym to get back into fighting. Needless to say, was very worth it.Coach Horace and Coach Bonnie are fantastic coaches who vastly helped improve my fitness and strength levels. Their knowledge for the sport is great and lead a great family and non-judgmental vibe in the gym.Would highly recommend this facility to learn great boxing skills and attain high levels of fitness.

You usually find that the best gyms are hidden from plain view, so count your blessings if you stumble upon this gym. A rose out of concrete, the gym leaks with work ethic. Not for the faint hearted, no doubt, but if a person puts them self under the guidance of Coach, no doubt, they will gain a heart of iron. A Coach speaking from a real background, no front, who has a heart, not only for the sport, but his fighters too.
