Showed up 5 minutes to 6 and the operator shut down with two cars waiting and no one on the other side . Told us we would have to wait until 6:35 and laughed in our faces. Also gave us the middle finger when we turned around. Horrible service .

The person on shift answered all the kids questions. We have had only good experiences with the employees on the ferry and we cross once a year.
