I tried the peppermint tea in Cincin and really love it to the point of hunting it down as Cincin does not sell the tea leaves itself.I met Saunam,the owner and he's an amazing man to communicate with. He teaches the art of tea brewing and also the origins of the tea leaves. Extremely humble and friendly man, interesting stories and fun to talk to.They were out of Peppermint tea leaves but I walked out of the store with several different teas(Sencha Rose, Chamomile, and Lavender) after smelling them. Saunam offered me a cup of tea during my wait time while he get my tea leaves ready.Before visiting, do make an appointment through call to make sure Saunam has what you're looking for. Saunam does everything by himself from packing and delivering. He manages his online order all by himself so if you purchased anything online, it's understandable there's a wait time. If he received someone in store, there may be a delay in packing because he has to serves the person face to face.Overall my experience there is enjoyable and I highly recommend Saunam :) Ordered my peppermint tea and cant wait for it to arrive!

Very good tea and the owner is an interesting guy. He brings in teas and mixes the blends in store. I had a long conversation with him about his teas and he is very enthusiastic. The teas are fresh and high quality. I don't think he has the online ordering and shipping process down well so you are better off going into the shop. If you do order online it is worth sending him an email or two for a reminder.

Best tea ever! I was so happy to find this little gem close to me. My favorites are the Assam Breakfast, Pekoe Dust, Orange Green and Lemon Ginger Sencha. Saunam is an expert at blending his teas. It may take a little longer for receiving the tea but it's truly worth the wait! I order online all the time and would recommend that you order weeks before your supply runs out. Saunam works by himself long hours to get everyone's order completed. If you are going to pick it up, I would recommend that you give him 3 days to put your order together.

Great teas from a great owner. Dropped in randomly to get a bag and got to hang out with the owner who's intensely passionate and knowledgeable about teas (I also ended up getting several blends). I definitely recommend this over any other place I've bought tea blends from before.

The tea here smells amazing and tastes fantastic - I got some for my sister for Christmas and she really enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and knows everything about tea! It was a great experience going in and I'll definitely be back for more tea in the future! : )

Probably the friendliest tea shop in town! Sonam is very passionate about teas and creates his own amazing blends. An amazing selection of rooibus:). Walked out with 4 different types!A bit hard to find the store with no signs. Just ring the third door (I think) of the the building front:)

I've been a customer for under a year and already know that I won't be ordering my loose tea leaves anywhere else! These are some of the best, highest quality teas I have ever had. Highly recommend the Sencha Rose, Cream of Earl Gray and any of the Chai blends. Simply exceptional.

Amazing tea and fantastic service. Saunam, the owner/blender, is a very friendly and helpful person. He often gives little bonus sample packs and kind recommendations for new things to try. I have loved every product that I tried. Normally I stick to buying simple raw tea leaves, but their blends and flavours are remarkable too.Ordering online via their website is simple and convenient, and they have free delivery for larger orders too. If you go and pick up from their blending site here on the map, however, it's a good idea to send an email before hand about what time exactly you intend to it pick up. Things can get busy for Saunam so that extra little heads up can be a big help.

I love their tea!!!! Saunam is super knowledgeable and helpful, and the teas themselves are really flavourful. I have my go-to blends (Apricot green, Indian chai, American peppermint, and Earl grey) and I also try a couple of new ones every time I order. So much better than any store-bought teas. Highly recommend!!
