Wonderful at dry cleaning and always have excellent service from Paul (I think that's his name) who delivers the laundry to my work, BUT you need to get rid those damn seniors working the counter and hire someone that at least has a clue on what's going. Go in to ask for a copy of receipt that wasn't included with our laundry delivery and the old lady working the counter acts like I asked her for her kidney or something and stares at me like I have a thousand heads, because I require a copy of receipt for accounting purposes. She told me she couldn't do that, but yet was able to remove charges from one receipt and put them on a separate one when I asked last month. Hmmm. Every time I go in, it's the same thing. They don't know where anything is or can't do something.

Replaced the lining of two coats in addition to other repairs. Beautiful job at a very modest price.

I’m a millennial so obviously dry cleaning is not one of usual weekly errands. I put it off for quite some time, but these guys were just fantastic. Took a nasty suit in to be cleaned and they did a bussin job for a very affordable price.Pleasantly surprised !

Roops has been a locally owned business for many,many years. Great prices, friendly staff.... and honestly, I have had so many things dry cleaned, altered, and not ever a complaint. Saved many expensive items of clothing over the years. If you are looking to do it right the first time... look no further!!

My new Winter Jacket was in dire need of a new zipper and cleaning from last year. The service was exceptional and I'm very pleased with their work. Definitely the place to drop off all your Dry Cleaning items!

Very pleasant and efficient.

Sadly, they ruined what used to be a very soft 90% wool & 10% cashmere long winter coat. I got it back with a greasy feeling film on it and the fabric is now stiff and almost crunchy feeling instead of the cuddly soft fabric is used to be. When I called them about this they offered to look at it again but I got it back for the second time with a note saying that greasy and stiff is best we could do"?!?!"

I came back to the maritimes from Vancouver for my brother's wedding with literally zero time to get my suit dry cleaned. I called a dozen different places and absolutely no luck for getting my order done in time for the wedding the next day. Luckily I found roop's cleaners. The woman there, Jeanie, went above and beyond anyone to get my order finished in time. Thank you!! I owe looking good in the photos to you guys!

They did fantastic work on the coats I handed in also still waiting for my leather Swede to be adjusted on sleeves so will have more to say when I get it back
