This is the recent shipment I sent on July 2022 to SL. My parents received the two boxes Feb.13.2023. almost more than 6 months. The container was in hold because they had one person’s box with Alcohol. But kept hold for everyone else. Further items were missing and instead of the boxes they have sent the items on sacks . Unfortunately this is how we received boxes

The dispatch is always hard to reach. We always can't reach them to the empty container. Our business also affected due to their empty container blocked our loading dock. Transportation is fast moving field, I really upset about their pace.

Always delayed and the customer service is Zero. So rude.Prior to pick up boxes were opened and items were stolen. They told us that it is not their responsibility.

Doesn't take the responsibility of their shipments. Sent a TV to SL last year but when picking it up TV screen was damaged but no one (Canada office or Sri Lankan office) provided solution. Canada office was saying i sent a broken TV to SL. I have no idea how they came up with an such lame excuse. No more business with them
