350$ for a 2-minute consultation. The doctor was in a hurry to get rid of me. The test I requested were never performed.edit: To answer the reply, the total cost was 551$. The only test that was performed was the allergy test. Therefore the extra 351$ was to have the doctor tell me she could not perform the test. A hefty cost to get told you cannot perform the test. The sole purpose I went to your clinic was to have the test result available for my other specialist the week after. For these interested, the tests requested were a nose endoscopy and a throat endoscopy. The doctor said the nose was too clogged up to perform the endoscopy. Fair enough, I understand. When I asked for the throat endoscopy, she said you do not need it; your voice is fine (my health condition has nothing to do with my voice). She then escorted me to the exit in a hurry—an easy 351$ profit.Hopefully, this review will prevent others from losing hard-earned money.

Avoid. Not follow up after the 6 months like promised. Traumatized my child, expensive, and rude staff. And before you say: “we have no record of you” it was my sons “surgery”Also, COVID IS OVER, wake up and let people in lol

I would like to thank Dr Brousseau and all her excellent team members for the great service! I have a middle ear problem for almost a year and so often I felt frustrated and depressed. One single visite to the clinic and voilà, all problems solved! The tube she planted works perfectly. I saved so much time! Everybody in this clinic is professional and efficient, yet they take their time to listen to you and understand what you really need. Before the visit I could find pricing on their website, and they charged me the right amount of money, no bad surprises haha… and I do love the decoration of the clinic! Trust me, meet the whole team in person, and you’ll so easily find their professionalism and their passion!

Amazing flawless experience. No crowded waiting room -- only one or two patients at a time.No wait time -- the doctor is on time.No need to stress about finding parking -- Underground parking is included.Friendly staff. Beautiful peaceful space. Fast, efficient treatment.Clear and transparent pricing, where the most appropriate treatment is suggested, and not simply the most expensive.Booking of the appointment was quick, easy, and simple. They were also super responsive via phone and e-mail.Supper super happy with the service! :)Nothing but good things to say.I wish all medical clinics were this good.

First of all I had to wait outside for an hour. Oh well, it was still more or less Covid time, so that's just the way it was. Then I had to wait for another hour in a room with exterior loud construction going on right outside the window. Unpleasant, but these things happen. The staff seemed nice, so I put up with it. When I finally saw the Dr, I found her very charming. She made a quick guess about my issue, and made a referal for me. The visit lasted less than 15 mins. There were no tests done, but I was hopeful. She told me what the process of working with her would be, and that it included further consultation with her based on the results of my referrals. That was June 2022. It is now January 2023 and I've yet to hear from her again.Whenever I try to contact her office, the phone answering service person says she'll call me, but she never does. When I get the “Assistant Administratif,” Adrien Bernard, he is rude and unhelpful. He never connects me with her or indicates that I will ever hear from her again. He treats me like it’s all my problem.$350 for 2 hours of discomfort and a referral and no further contact, but plenty of attitude from the assistant. And the hearing/balance test she sent me for cost another $375.Oh, and by way, her quick guess was wrong. The specialist she sent me to for the problem she thought I had said I didn't have it. So, I still don’t know what the problem is, and it perssists. Therefore, yes, she is charming, but maybe not $725 worth of charming.***In response to the response. Thank you for responding, first of all. However, I have two things to add. 1) the email you give here is managed by the “Assistant Administratif.” I have had a number of exchanges with him, all fruitless. Some of the exchanges were rude. He appears to be like those people who manage the line for a popular place. The ones who decide who get in according to their own cloudy criteria. I did inform him that the Dr expected results from the tests I took at another clinic, and that she said she would discuss them, but he just stone-walled me. 2) If there was any consultation about my case, the results of it were not shared with me. I reiterate, the Dr outlined the process, which involved further consultation with me based on the results of testing, and no such further consultation materialized.Anyway, it's all good, because despite my being out of pocket, I ended up with someone more professional, reliable and forthcoming, as well as actually reachable.

got there at 12:21, left at 12:56. during those 35 minutes i saw a nurse for about 1 minute and Dr Brousseau for, and i am not exaggerating, 30 seconds. this doctor does not even *try* not to look rushed. absolutely no bedside manners. you would think that for 250$ (for just the consultation mind you) they would at least try to act like they care. brought me back to reception where i had to wait another 10 minutes to pay and be told the surgery will cost 380$. mind you this is taking off a small mole which could’ve been done during the consultation in about 15 minutes (i know since i have done the same procedure before).absolutely disgraceful. of course a private clinic will be expensive but even in the public system with overworked doctors and nurses i get better treatment and more time spent looking at my issue. maybe spend less money on this ridiculojs decor (a game room? really?) and more time with you patients.

I called and sent mails for an appointment and never heard back. I dropped by the clinic in person and no one was there and there was no out of office notification. When i finally got a hold of them on the phone, I told them of my desperate need of a basic consultation for an ear problem that local general clinics couldn’t solve and they advertise to specifically treat. Despite their advertising, they aren’t accepting patients with my problem. So i leave this review as a way to say that their services offered online aren’t all available, and they likely won’t tell you that without you needing to contact them multiple times in multiple formats.

I was afraid to go after reading some of the comments here about cash-grabs, but I had quite a pleasant experience overall. The doctor looked in my ear and decided that I should try a wax removal first to see if this would ease my symptoms – it did, so I avoided the $365 dollar consultation fee and had my problem solved for the wax removal fee ($160). I will say though, unlike other people who have commented here, I actually found the opulent ambience of the clinic a little off-putting. In Quebec, people only go to private clinics out of desperation, because the public system is in such tatters that you are forced to pay out of pocket (which in our current context of inflation cuts deep). The opulence of the clinic (and it is indeed VERY opulent) just reminded me how keen people are to profit off of the failures of the public system. This made me very sad.
