My brother recommended me Dillon as I was having a sore neck that would give me headaches. I was living downtown at the time and driving anywhere was kind of a chore so the fact that Body mechanics came to me was amazing. Great Services. Dillon has helped me with my rehab of several injuries including strained and torn back muscles, and pulled calf and quadriceps. He shows a lot of care and strategy around an injury to assist you with rehab. After hurting my back and working in an office I find sitting in a chair all day tends to make it stiff and sore more frequently. I now use Body Mechanics Mobile Massage nearly Monthly and it has definitely reduced my discomfort sitting at work.I was in a lot pain one evening a Dillon arranged an appointment off his usual hours to help.Best in the kingston area!
