I absolutely love living here!! I have a ground floor apartment with an amazing view of the river! There are bound to be issues when living in close proximity to neighbours but for the most part I've been very fortunate. I never hear noise from neighbours above or beside me presumably due to the concrete walls. The superintendents are very responsive to any concerns. The building is kept very clean. The rooftop patio is an amazing benefit as is the gym and social room.

I was so happy to find this apartment and move to Hespeler. My apartment looks out on a lake/river where I can see geese, herons, and an occasional swan. The building is well maintained, and staff have been very quick to respond any time I have had an issue, which has not been often. The apartments have very high ceilings, good soundproofing, and huge balconies. I would highly recomend this building.

We have called it home for 5 years. It's a great place to live. We use the terrace, the fitness room and the social room is always a great place to socialize, read a book and meet new residents. Installing the beehives on the roof is a wonderful way to help the environment. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help whenever anyone needs a hand. Hespeler is a wonderful little community.We plan to stay.

The location of this apartment is perfect for us. We are walking distance to so many places. The view from our top-floor apartment is also great. It is a well-kept place and the staff is friendly and efficient. We have had to call maintenance for some minor repairs and the response was always timely. We have no complaints.

This is a great place to live - I made the right choice! I enjoy seeing fellow tenants and their pets and the conversations are always pleasant. The building is kept in very good condition, which makes me feel safe. Communication with building staff is easy, with quick replies to any concerns. My apartment is spacious, open and airy and my balcony is huge! I love it here!

I have enjoyed living in this beautiful apartment for over 2 years. The amenities are wonderful, the customer service from our management is exceptional. Numerous times I have needed support or repairs, no matter the time or day, they’ve returned my message and tended to the issue immediately. Our building is well maintained, I am proud to recommend 49 Queen St. to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I've lived here for just over a year. The building is amazing. I love being in Hespeler village and enjoy the proximity to the river for kayaking and hiking trails for outdoor recreation. The building is so quiet, the facilities are exceptional, and the building management is caring and responsive.

Management are kind & always eager to help. Cleaning staff are great too! Would like a speaker system to inform us when there are false fire alarms & would be great to see a fenced off area at back for dogs.

I have been living here for 3 1/2 years and I love it here. The people working here are very nice and friendly and helpful. The people living here are very nice and friendly. The location of this apartment is amazing. It’s right by the river in downtown Hespeler. The balconies are big and really nice. I am very, very impressed with this building and the management here. I give this a 5 star all the way. Thank you

Very friendly atmosphere with an awesome superintendent Malou! She and her team are always quick to respond to everyone's needs. The building is always super clean. This year we are doing our part in saving the bee population and have beehives on our roof. It's been awesome learning about how it works and the honey. Mmm! All the amenities are here; a gym, social room, rooftop terrace with bbq's, fire pits, and all round great place to gather. Happy to call this home!!
