The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You get greeted there with a big smile. The service is fast, the portions are big, the price are fair & the food is fresh and warm.I rather like to pick up since I personally don’t like the dinning room.The food is good but I have seen much better, they were crazy cheap on the Pikliz last time.I order a jumbo and look how much Pikliz they gave me for all this rice...Beside that the place is chill, if you go don’t forget to ask for a lot of Pikliz

Great neighborhood joint for delicious Haitian food! We ordered the griot and chicken plates, extra macaroni and extra plantains. Super tasty, fresh, and large portions. If you’re in the area, this is another awesome place on Jean Talon to try!

Absolutely must try haitian food place. Staff were super kind, we were greeted with much kindness. Service was fast. The griot was absolutely amazing, hands down best griot I’ve ever had. The plantains were a bit more on the crispier side but still very good with the pikliz. I wish to one day see them open as their own dine-in restaurant as well.

I ordered delivery and got the griot dish. It was incredibly tasty, I enjoyed everything. I just wish the mac and cheese was more, otherwise the salad was fresh rice was good and the meat was amazing.

A local gem hiding in a takeout spot covered by construction. The place is constantly moving with a known clientele. I ordered the cabrit (goat) which is fried good and fatty like goat is supposed to be. It is trimmed of fat though which is a positive. While the plate was pricy for what I would pay it is not lacking in style or substance. There was a multitude of components on the plate including sauce,mac salad, pikliz and salad

I had the food on a Friday and the morning after I was extremely sick. It lasted all day, I was nauseous and unable to eat for 24 hours. I read a similar review so I guess it’s not the first time … food for thought (pun intended) for the restaurant, make sure your ingredients are fresh.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady with a big smile. I ordered 2 plates: 1 griot and 1 fritay (wait time, 20-25 unless you call to order in advance). I asked several questions regarding the food and the lady answered all of them and suggested options.I returned 20 minutes later to pickup the food, the lady at the counter prepared the order and reviewed the bill to make sure nothing was missing. The food was nicely packed in containers and in a bag.Everything was fresh, tasty, delicious. The griot was soft and flavorful with a little bit of skin but just the right amount. The pikliz, plantains, accras and rice sauce were also delicious.The service was excellent, no attitude from the staff.Overall the experience was great from the moment I ordered the food until I tasted it. I will return to Casse-croûte Sissi & Paul.

I am so so happy I came across this place. It’s in the top 3 Haitian restaurants I’ve ever had. The food is absolutely delicious and the service and hospitality I had from Fabiola and the team was so amazing. I will be a return customer and I recommend this place to everyone.

Food is really good. I ordered chicken plate and it’s now one of my fav roasted chicken dishes in Montreal. The chicken came with a bowl of bean rice, a piece of sweet potato pancake, macaroni, salad, and two types of spicy sauce, all tasted really good. It took a while to wait, but it’s worth it.For the dining environment, tho the dining place isn’t big, it’s cozy enough. Staff is very friendly and the service is good. And the price is really fair!
