n February 2023 we took on a major renovation to repair a previous renovation done by the former owner. It entailed renovating the second floor and doing a cosmetic renovation to the basement. The project management is tight and runs on a schedule you can rely on. The payment schedule is tied to the work schedule so there are no surprises. You know what to expect, when to expect it and are able to track all the milestones along the way. High quality team of trades people, who take pride in their craftsmanship. Every one on the team that came through our door was professional and highly skilled. The site was always left spotless and the quality of the work, I cannot praise it enough. From the painter, the drywaller, the tiler, every single one was a pro who problem solved and ensured their work was high quality when completed. It was a completely different experience than our past experiences with contractors and a great one at that. Krys is lovely. He is charming, funny but also savvy and very smart. He's put the time in to build and curate an incredible team and it shows. And Paulina... what can you say about Paulina other than she's a fantastic front person for the company who keeps you and the project on track with transparency, humour and wisdom.

After meeting with and reviewing quotes from Krys Construction and 3 other construction companies we chose Krys and his amazing team to renovate our large master bathroom. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive. but, in our opinion, they were the best. Our space was taken back to the studs and totally rebuilt including a beautiful shower. All the trades that worked with Krys were punctual, clean, skilled and pleasant to work with. And, they liked and respected each other. We were very impressed with their communication and workmanship. Paulina kept everyone on track and always told us when and why one of the team was coming by. And, best of all, they would show up on time and complete the tasks necessary. Paulina provided us with a calendar indicating what supplies were needed from us, who was coming to our home to work and what job they would be doing. This organization and communication allowed us to have everything the team needed at the time they needed it. This organization kept the job moving forward and pretty much on time and on budget. Krys and his team did a fantastic job and we are looking forward to having them back again for our next renovation.

Krys and his team did an incredible job remodeling our main floor, powder room, basement, laundry room and building a wine cellar in a cold storage room. The work was meticulous and no details were missed, we'll be using them for any future projects!

Krys and his team is professional and easy to work with.Im an engineer and fairly knowledgeable about basement construction and Krys did a great job. His positive attitude was a refreshing change from the first contractor we fired.When I wanted to add or change something he made the changes with innovative ideas. We ended up expanding the job and adding renos in other rooms and he didnt take advantage and still gave us good prices on the extra work.I wanted a building permit and inspections for peace of mind and Krys took care of the design and submittal.I got several quotes and his price was very reasonable and unlike others, he included everything we wanted up front.Im a bit particular about the way things are done and Im very happy with the finished job and the whole experience!Krys is great to work with.

Krys Construction just completed our basement. I would highly recommend him. The process was seamless from start to finish. What sets Krys apart from other reno companies is that he uses each trade to complete that specific job (e.g. framers for framing, insulation tradesmen for insulation) and so everyone does their specific job with special attention to detail and making sure it's done right the first time before the next job is to be completed. His tradesmen all showed up on time, were efficient and respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to use Krys Construction again (I have recommended him to friends and our neighbour)!

Your search ends here!! I have know Krys from 8 years ago when he did the framework for my basement in my old house. Now when we wanted our basement done again, it was going to be no one but Krys Construction. Krys and his team finished our basement and renovated 2 upstairs showers for us this past summer. I cannot begin to say all the good things about Krys and his wonderful team. I would never get anything done from anyone else but Krys. Krys is a trustworthy and honest guy, and these types of people are hard to find. Each and every one was a joy to work with, and the quality was expectational. Krys and his team took the time to explain everything to us and were very patient. I really liked that the fact that the team loves what they do and each and everyone takes pride in there speciality. We totally love our new spaceand it turned out better than the upstairs of the house.
