Bad service My Dodge caravan was not starting he put Fuel pump cost me like $600. The car still did not work. So he said let me try something else and he charged me again like another $800 I will not go to this place Again . I should not have to pay for the service that was not required. The fuel pump was not required. But you put it in any ways and you charge me laborAnd parts.

Had a rush to get new tires installed on existing rims on my Kia Stinger. They got me in the next day and provided very efficient and knowledgeable service. Pricing was very reasonable. Will certainly recommend to family and friends and will be back myself for other services

I had a bad experience with this Michnic the worst service two hours job take two days replacing the wrong parts taken the original part and replacing it with after market parts for them to make money even nothing wrong with it my bi spouse to be $350 plus tax it goes up to $1175Plus they broke my break calibre and they make me pay for it on top the problem i came for to fix is not fixed I have to look for another MichanicPlease don’t waste your time and money this place is not recommended

I dropped off my car today, May 20th, for a specific repair, but when I went to pick it up, I discovered they had performed unauthorized work and charged me for it. It was a clear case of deceptive business practices. Not only did they change the wrong part without my consent, but they also had the audacity to force me to pay $100 for the unnecessary repair. When I asked for a receipt, they outright refused to provide one, further indicating their lack of professionalism and accountability. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from HAJ Rims and Tires Auto Service. Their unscrupulous practices, lack of transparency, and abusive behavior make them completely unworthy of your trust. Spare yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and potential financial loss by taking your business elsewhere. They have reached out to me to inform me you have yet to respond back to them, which if you did not do anything wrong why avoid them?I demand an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this issue. I expect a full refund for the services rendered, along with a genuine apology for the distress and inconvenience caused. Failure to comply with my demands will result in legal action, as I am fully prepared to pursue all available avenues to ensure justice is served.Rest assured, I will not rest until this issue is resolved to satisfaction.

I have visited this workplace multiple times and have spent over $1000 on the services provided. Despite its proximity to my home, I no longer prefer to go there. One incident I would like to highlight is when I had an oil change done on my Hyundai. Instead of using the appropriate oil filter for my car, they used one designed for a Honda, which resulted in a leak on my driveway due to the nut not being properly tightened. When I returned to complain about the issue, it was fixed, but this time, the same part was damaged, and I had to pay an additional fee to another mechanic to have it replaced.The business appears to be consistently busy, which is a positive aspect for their success. However, I strongly believe that they need to improve their level of professionalism and attention to detail.

I have been a customer of Haj Rims for the past 2 years and I have to say they have been amazing and very prompt & trustworthy in their service. Just last week a nail punctured the tire and Haj got us in within 30 minutes and within 1 hour we were back on the road.

Had my car in for repairs last week. Unfortunately they said their mechanic doesn't know anything about bearings and the car had to stay the weekend. My car and 2 others were badley keyed. Over the weekend. Car was picked up Monday. Pictures taken. Owner was suppose to call. He didn't. He now claims to know nothing about it, wants it back in the shop for pictures and knows a guy that can buff out the scratches". But it will take a week.Don't ever take a car there for repairs. Apparently he has no security system."
