I’ve tried calling for weeks to obtain the death certificate for my mum, they won’t return any messages which hold up a lot of legal paperwork after death. She passed away in may, so they definitely have a copy. 0/10, would not recommend

Horrible experience beyond belief , I thought we had our arrangments done and over with, the salesman who no longer works there assured us that everything we needed was getting paid for even after asking more than a few times, I asked because I don't want either my spouse or I to have to worry about arrangments when the time comes. After thinking the payments and arrangments where done after 3 years I was told that this is not the case. Apparently, this salesman led us to believe we were getting everything taken care of, now they tell us (alot) more money is needed. They do not want to admit that any mistake was made. No accountability. The salesman Absolutely mislead us!. I don't even want to be laid to rest in this place anymore, Money grabbers!!!!!! I do not and will not ever recommendthem!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully I can get rid of my hole in the wall and at least recover some of my money so I can go elsewhere, they have no morals. I will be filing a complaint with the better Business bureau.If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have read reviews before the salesman came to my home. I just lost a good chunk of money because I chose to get a refund . They're Crooks!! Beware!!! Please read all reviews, not just the good ones that are posted.

Dealt with Alex, he was very patient and professional, went from buying one plot to two and two foot stones at a affordable price and payment plan, one of the best choices I made, we should all have a choice we’re we want to laid to rest and how and all.Great job and beautiful cemetery.
