I bought a few items online , and had a problem with two items , tried calling customer service , sadly they were closed on a Sunday , desperate I called this location .. not only did they help me correct the problem , they went above and beyond in my opinion.. thanks again Tina , you saved the day !

Went today, had a handful of merchandise for my son, and was treated so poorly my husband threw the clothes we were planning to buy! Wish I had of got the name of the cashier, she shouldnt have a job. We got a better deal elsewhere. Too many times having a bad experience at Chlidrens Place, we will NOT shop here again

rude cashier and manager - they don’t care that I spent my hard earned money at the business they work for but I care. The cashier insisted that she was unable to give me store credit for jeans that were so obviously new and still had stickers but no price tag. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager wouldn’t be able to help me and would give me the same answer. Guess what the manager was able to give a store credit however I had to endure the embarrassment of being lectured by the manager which was insulting. It took over 20 minutes for them to figure out my return for another item and while they apologized to other customers for delays at cash, not once did they say a word to me. 20 pain staking minutes later When they still couldn’t figure out there own company’s glitch on my receipt it was me who pulled out my phone and provided my original online order which solved the problem so I guess your welcome for doing your job pffff - children’s place employees might not care if you return your $300 order but I do I work hard for my money and I will spend it somewhere where I’m valued as a customer

I bought sandals there today that should have been 25% off. I was charged full price instead and didn’t realize until i got home. I don’t appreciate not being able to trust the staff to honour your sales.

Great deals for everyday wear..

I bought a dress that my child had to wear same day to attend a special function that was around 14:39 when I bought the dress, we got home around 6:25, when getting to dress her I saw the security tag was not taken out and I had no back up plan, I'm staying downtown, I have no car, I felt helpless and angry, when I phoned the store to my surprise the lady that answered the phone was not sorry at all, all she could say bring it tomorrow we will remove it the store is close now. Wow I don't know what type of a customer service is this, I'm really hurt and upset because my poor daughter didn't attend the function.
