PERSIA PALACE RESTAURANT & BANQUET

Was passing by and saw the restaurant decided to try it out. Only 2 tables were filled. There was no rush and the waitress acted like she was the busiest cleaning tables. The only partial good thing was the food and the seasoning. Food tasted good but charged too much for the amount of quantity they give. Also waitress service was horrible. Ask what was the special on and she gave an attitude ask what she would recommend I don't know I like this one and that one but it's all up to you" not giving proper guidance to the cuisine. Waitress didn't even bother to check up on refills or anything. Ordered an expensive plate and goat was half cooked. Waitress would not even bother checking up and her Co workers were just standing there doing nothing not even helping her. The restaurant needs to get there act together if they want customers. The staff need to work together. Biggest mistake going there. I get more money at a fast food restaurant then I got there."

The food is usually good but they were busy so there was a significant delay in getting the food, they did not include the bread with the starters and they changed my polo rice to a normal rice (simply because they ran out of polo rice). They just did not bother to inform me and left me chasing them which is not right. So rather than enjoying my warm food, I was pissed off and spent my time ringing them and contacting skip the dishes. Bad experience and therefore will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Had an excellent experience here; the staff were very friendly and polite and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this location to anybody who wants to try out Persian/Afghani food as the Lamb we had was fantastic. It was also very quick and very affordable, which is excellent. The only downside is drinks like coke aren't free refills, but the rest of the food makes up for it.

My first and probably last visit to this establishment. The waitress was a wonderful lady greeted us and sat us, took my order and was very professional. The food came in fresh and tasty. When it was time to pay I paid my order and left 50% tip as I thought the food and service was great. As I paid, the waitress took her tip and gave it to the manager or owner of the restaurant. Now I believe if your the manager of a restaurant you don't need to rely on tips from customers. I thought the actions of the manager was very unprofessional and embarrassing to say the least. I believe the waitress deserved the entire tip however she didn't get any of it. If you are managing a business and this is how you treat your employees you should be out of business. I would advise everyone not to tip at this restaurant.

Good service, yummy kebabs (fish and lamb were my faves), tasty hummus and fresh naan. My 1 complaint is the saffron rice is not saffron. It's made with some food colouring of sorts.

Good place lot of space does not look that big from outside but the food was disappointing ( seems like outside catering)

Do not come to this resturant. This is not a traditional Persian resturant!No clientele, very low quality food, fake safran colour, cold food, the waitress has an attitude.Persian tea is not authentic and its served cold. No one comes to check if your food is good....not a pleasent experience at all..

If you looking for a authentic Persian food. This place is to be at. Friendly staff. Friendly people, and their food is remind me of back home! I highly recommend the kabab kobedad!

Found a little insect that looked like a small cockroach in their food!!! When showed it to the waiter he started making up weird excuses like oh it must have fallen on the plate on the way from kitchen to your table...". The owner/manager didn't even bother to apologize. He said "I will not charge you for that one plate"! So we paid for the rest of our food and left. If this happened in any other place they would have waived the whole bill. I will never go back there again. Their food is not even that good to start with. Rather than Saffron they put some cheap spices in their Saffron Kabob because real Saffron is too expensive. I went to this place for a long time just to support a local business (even though I knew they cheaped out on a lot of stuff such as Saffron). Not going there ever again after I almost ate a cockroach in their food!"
