I have worked with Jamie McPetrie on several projects over the last few years, from finding an existing office space that suited our needs to our largest commercial project ever undertaken (moving 5 sites into one fully renovated 60,000 sq ft space). He understands our diverse needs and his expertise in developing OTL's and reviewing lease agreements is second to none.

I had the pleasure of Working with Tom Snowdon and Lindsay Ward. Both were very professional. Tom worked especially hard at leasing out our office/warehouse and finding us a new home for our business that fit our desires. Job very well done!

Update: I’d like to give this company a 5 star review on their commitment to not caring about my community! I’ve been debating this review but upon a trip to my chiropractor at this company’s 2140 mcphillips location in Winnipeg Manitoba I have been thoroughly disgusted. Their property looks like a cross between a garbage dump and a scrap yard. If they have a caretaker on site he/she should be fired. Between derelict cars, auto parts, dangerous conditions from not plowing the parking lot, no where to park, no lighting in the evening, and a danger to walk or drive through with graffiti on the buildings and homeless people sleeping in the junk cars scattered across the lots this place is not only a hazard but horrible for my community I live in. Shame on you people.Oh and for a FYI they screen out the poor reviews and don’t post them. Just another reason this company is a joke

Tom Snowden did an excellent job on finding me exactly what I needed and the after follow up service was great. Took awhile as my needs of a commercial building are specialised to my industry but Tom found me a great fit and gave me the guidance I needed to fulfil my goals. Thank you kindly Tom.
