Working with Francine and Vanessa for my wedding flowers and table centerpieces was an amazing experience. Vanessa and Francine are hard to beat! They are professional, courteous and very detail oriented. I have been to so many weddings/parties that they planned and was in awe. Francine and Vanessa were absolutely amazing throughout my entire experience working with them and the Efflorescence Events Team for our August 2020 wedding.Their customer service was absolutely INCREDIBLE and they dealt with SO MANY changes from me due to COVID (changes at the venue, then changes of venue, then changes from there) - I think they made me about 75 different quotes and plans but did everything with a smile. Working with them throughout such uncertain times really comforted me and made me feel great about having them as one of our vendors and on our team. Working with them in the lead up gave me complete confidence and faith that my day would turn out perfect even with so many last minute details and planning changes.And in the end, that confidence was well placed!
