Gotta love Domir! I used them the first time for my city condo and both the blinds and the installation service were so great that I just used Domir again for our home in the Thornbury area. Different install team but just as pleasant and professional as the first team. We used Zebra blinds and I am very pleased.

I have done a lot of research before I bought my blinds and I noticed that most of the companies didn’t even manufacture the blinds. They were just middle men who ordered them from a factory and charge for installation plus their markup. Domir blinds gave me the lowest price among all the competitors and a life time warranty. It was a good decision to choose them. Thank you guys.

We had a great experience working with Gil. He is very professional and friendly but also reliable and trustworthy. The blinds look fantastic and they are good quality. When the blinds were installed, we realized we need to insulate the walls in one of the rooms. Gil came back and reinstalled the blinds for us. Not many people would do that. Thank you for our blinds, we love them and will recommend your company to friends and family.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Gil (sales person) only cared until he was paid. To begin with he falsely promised two week lead time for the blinds and it ended up being four. Then one of the battery motors was faulty and he came to tell me that I didn't charge it when that's what I did multiple times. He agreed to replace it and said that the lead time would be 3/4 weeks. After the 4 weeks I followed up with him and he said they hadn't arrived yet. 3 months went by with no news, I decided to call the motors manufacturer myself (Alpha Motors) and ask about my warranty request and it turns out Domir blinds never requested a replacement for me. Gil had been lying all the time. Alpha Motors very kindly sent a replacement motor without me paying a penny and it got delivered to my doorstep in 3 days coming all the way from California. For whoever is reading this, stay away from this terrible company. One of the worst customer services I've seen in my life.

My family and I have a busy lifestyle and Gil was completely understanding and came for a quotation at 8:30 pm. He was prepared with a case of samples and explained the product, fabric, construction and installation with us in great detail. He made recommendations for our home and needs and was able to show us pictures of other clients with similar products. He was affordable and instal was neat, quick, professional and within a week I had custom blinds. The product is amazing...the pictures speak for themselves! Very happy with this company. This is a family owned operation and they truly care about their clients. I got quotes from a few companies to put blinds in our offices. Domir not just had the most competitive quote, but also showed me that they've done many commercial projects in the city, which made me feel comfortable giving them our business.They managed to supply with custom made blinds within 8 days, since they do all the manufacturing in-house. I am very pleased with the results and with the service.

Gil gave a free quote. Gil also gave advice on best product to block out the daylight. The price was very competitive for custom blinds as I did price comparisons. Within a week I had my blinds installed by Dormir. Installers were very polite and they did a perfect job. Blinds are perfect I purchased double blinds one for black out and zebra blinds. I highly recommend as the whole experience was fantastic.
