Brunet Plus pharmacie affiliée

Failed to deliver my meds and to correct the situation in time. Those were needed for a scheduled medical procedures that they were aware of. They had the adress and phone number freshly taken over the phone but failed to deliver or attempt to rech me because they could not spell my name right!

Very very bad experience. It's sad i had to give one star as zero stars is not a choice. We will be making a complaint to the order of pharmacists for the unethical behaviour by the pharmacist who intentionally humiliated us publicly in front of customers. He was willing to yell for all to hear that our predicament was 'our problem'. We went to another pharmacy and what this Brunet pharmacist was claiming to us regarding our prescription was wrong. Jean Coutu was very happy to serve us professionally. We will never set foot in this place ever again, it is by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed in my life. There is no reason for a person of his age to act and speak in such an unprofessional deliberately rude and offensive manner to customers, on top of that being incorrect in his assumptions. A true disservice to clientele and no human empathy whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Fail to deliver my med many times and never corrected. The older blonde lady in the prescription cash very rude and arrogant lucking of communication skills. The assistance pharmacist don't communicate and make mistakes on prescription I give it ooooooooooo stars they suck

Brunet refused to honour the weekly special in their flyer, under pretext that they are NOT “Brunet”, but rather, another store called “Brunet Plus”.What a joke.I’ll be speaking with the OPC.

Worst customer service i have received!

They keep failing to deliver my medication and has many excuses or reason for them not delivering it properly to their customers. The staffs are very lazy and impolite when laughing about my mental health issue.

I went yesterday to this place to buy a gift card for a kid’s birthday. And I faced with full disrespect and nationalism from an old lady at the cashier. My question: if you don’t respect people and hate them so much do you need to work in customer service? As soon as I paid and transaction past through, I was only then only told it’s final sale. Which is a responsibility of the worker say it before the client purchase. So I told her: I would appreciate next time if you say it before client buys something like everywhere it is. But lady considers her place so unique against the QC and Canada law, so she became agressive in a second and accused me, a client that it’s my responsibility to check the labels in the back of the product. Very disappointed, by service, by attitude, by aggression of the lady in front of my little son. I speak French but it’s not perfect. Making face in front of me the way I talk, and as soon as I left with my son, she was laughing behind my back.
