One of the best trades I have ever dealt with. From the initial estimate to the coordinator that handled things with all the bad weather, everything was first class. Sam and his team that showed up were the best. Professional, friendly with us and our dog, and cleaned up perfectly each night and at the end of the project. Special mention to the following team members who really went the distance with much patience and expertise to provide us with all the information needed to make informed decisions and really show us what it means to have a great experience.

They did my roof and I am very pleased and thankful. They were professional, fast, reliable, and efficient. Not only are they quick to respond to all calls/email inquiries, but they also get someone out to look at the issue and provide a quote for repairs within days if not the same day. We had a leak around a skylight but did not need a new roof like the prior contractor had suggested. Laser Cut Roofing Ltd was impressed with the good roof and showed me that the problem was the skylight, not the roof. They replaced the skylight and all is well. They were fair-minded, fast and thorough. They were recommended to me by friends who were really happy with their work.

Excellent communication and tidy workers. The area was repaired and very little evidence of workers remained. Sam and his crew worked efficiently and were respectful and professional. Everyone seemed to be happy to do their jobs and were excellent and skilled. Would use this company again in a heartbeat, although I hope not to have to for a long time. They are to be commended for the quality of the friendly staff they have assembled. We were very pleased. Thank you again!

Great experience from the beginning. They were professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. They were willing to work with me as far as payments went and they did a great job. Hopefully, I won’t need any other roof repair work but if I do I will definitely go back to them. The best roofing company in town!
