Terrible reception outside of the city.I tried to cancel my plan, was told I would then be transferred to the loyalty department, and after a long wait I was told they were too busy and that I would receive a callback.I never did receive a call, but in the meantime I kept being charged. When I called back again, to try to cancel again and ask for a refund for the time that my line was still active even though I tried to cancel, I was just told that the only notes in the system were that I was transferred to the loyalty department (if I had actually connected with them, why would I still have an active line, and why would I be calling again?)So I even thought I stated my case several times, they refused to do anything even though this was an error on their part.Do not go with this carrier.

I had excellent service here . Anything I didn't know was handled in a professional manner. All questions are answered appropriately.

Good service, Tyler was helpful got us switched over from fido for more data and a new phone at a lower price.

Horrible service. Spent 500 dollars and both screens were shattered within a week and I got zero refund

worst phone company around. cheap prices, but if you need anything, you'll just get the run around and feel more frustrated than taken care of. The company has used the same card for the last 9 months. i cant call my bank because i have no service, and cant fix anything. such a joke and they cant help a customer in any way once this happens.

Very very rude Customer support in store we visited on 29 November 2022 at 8 pm and person working in store is so so rude and shouted on me and my friend. All we wanted to know was about our plan question and all and he literally shouted on us . Person seems very racist we are indians and he shouted on us we feel like due to our colour .Very awful experience

I had a great experience with Tyler. Even though I returned my device within the 2 week window I had no issues setting up or refunding my purchase.

Purchased a phone for my son and was sold the damage warranty. When this warranty was purchased we were told that it was $9 a month with free replacement and no charge for repairs. Now two years later the phone did get damaged after paying $200 in warranty on a $200 phone only to find out that it has a $130 replacement fee and repair fee for any and all repairs. Stay away from this place and stay away from freedom in general as it is an absolute scam and they will rip you off and lie to you in order to get your business. When I called freedom to complain about this I was offered a $20 bill credit for what would cost me $330 in repairs on a $200 phone when I spoke to loyalty and retention she offered me a $15 bill credit therefore I recommend anybody who is with freedom to cancel their plan and to go with another provider.
