Don’t pay for parking before you go up to the clinic. Just remember your license plate number and parking is covered for you!I was very impressed with how quickly I was called in then escorted to the room for body scan. It is a two part procedure and both times I was taken in right away!The women were friendly but professional. I was very well taken care of.

Highly recommended. Extremely satisfied. Staff went above and beyond to make my appointment exceptional.

I was thrilled with the complete promptness of this clinic. It exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. That's almost unheard of in this day and age. You hear so many horror stories of wait times but that was far far far from my experience. Keep up the prompt service. Great, friendly staff.

My experience with MIC was very good the staff were very friendly and professional I liked the fact that I did not have to pay for parking as well and that they had a clinic just 5 minutes from my home I would have no problem having all future related tests done at this location

Was reminded several different ways (phone call, text) to ensure I arrive 10-15 minutes early for my appointment this morning. Appointment was at 7:30am, arrived 7:20. Tried the door twice, was still locked. Was then yelled at very aggressively by the receptionist “we’re not open”. The hours on the door said they opened at 8:00. I stated I had an appointment for 7:30 and was rudely replied to by the receptionist again yelling “Ya, 7:30!”. Very unprofessional conduct in a healthcare setting, when I was trying to be respectful of their request for me to arrive early. Ultrasound tech was great and friendly, no complaints there.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my extremely negative experience with the front staff at the clinic has prompted this feedback.I came in first thing in the morning for a nuclear medicine scan and when I got to the front office there had been confusion with my requisition. My complaint is with the way that the receptionist, Heather dealt with the situation. She was immediately extremely rude, impatient, lacking in compassion and unwilling to support me as I tried to contact my physicians office to have the req faxed. Her frustration with me was palpable as she consistently scoffed, shook her head and rolled her eyes throughout our interaction. Additionally, she was rude to my physician on the phone to the point that he called me later that day to ask me about the situation.I work in primary care, so I understand that often times staff’s hands are tied when it comes to proceeding without a requisition form. Additionally, I understand that it must be frustrating for the front desk staff when patients come in without requisitions so my complaint is NOT with the fact that she told me to reschedule. It is with the fact that she is the first point of contact for patients who may be sick, scared or experiencing a difficult health uncertainty.I will say that the nuclear med staff was wonderful and the radiologist promptly found my requisition in connect care and I was able to proceed with my scan as planned. Cecilya, my tech was also super lovely.Everyone has bad days, and i’m sure that what I experienced of Heather does not encompass her whole personal or professional identity, but I wanted to leave this review as a reminder that working in healthcare means we work with people at their most vulnerable and compassion throughout the care team makes a huge difference in patient experience.

i was very impress on how quickly they called ny name ealier than my appointment time and how nice and kind the staff are and on top of that i never pay for parking just registered it at the front desk.

We attended MIC Medical Imaging at the Tawa Centre today and their offices were really clean and the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.  While the parking lot is very busy and has a charge for using the lot, MIC paid for our parking. Additional office space for rent is available in the building complex. Construction is ongoing so access/parking is currently limited and there is a detour with signs to access the lot.  There are many other businesses in this same complex, like Dynalife labs, Classic Cuts Barber and Hair Place, Pharmasave and Covenant Health Family Dental.  I wouldn't hesitate to go to this location.

Only disappointment is that Century Place is no longer available for cortisone shots. It's only minutes away instead of having to travel further. I've had my shots there for over 5 - 6 years.
