DSI Security Systems

DSI Security did our business alarm and key fob system after we did a big renovation. They did an amazing job and fit us in, in a busy time. Everyone from the Salesman (Rod) to the installer were professional and helpful the whole experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently contacted DSI security to switch monitoring companies and upgrade our security system.The service we recieved was exceptional. DSI worked with us to assess and establish exactly what we needed and made sure we were comfortable with our system. Our installer Brian was fantastic. He answered all questions we had and installed equipment in an efficient and timely manner. The iceing on the cake was when he was leaving, he took the time to put up a DSI security sign at the end of our driveway. (Saving us time)The staff at DSI went above and beyond for our family and home security.Thank you to Rod and all staff for giving our family peace of mind by making our security a priority. Have been a customer for over 10 years and never had a bad experience with the company. Recently I replaced my older system, when i called to inquire about my options, Mark was absolutely amazing and took the time to explain everything I would need. The installer who came out, Stacey, helped me step by step through how to work the new system, along with answer all my questions and concerns without hesitation. Stacey also repositioned things to better protect my home than what was originally in place and was very attentive to the needs of my home security. He doubled check all his work and left no trace of him ever being there. I highly recommend this company for any of your security needs.

Rod did a thorough assessment of my home checking various items already in place. He made excellent recommendations. Also, although I had not yet contacted with DSI he went out of his way to fix something. The installation was was done in a matter of days. The installer, Stacy, was courteous, pleasant and professional. In addition, he provided a thorough explanation of all that was installed and how to use it such as a doorbell camera.

I just wanted to highlight the excellent service that Jerry Krasnesky provided to my husband and I today as he worked to fix our security system. He worked for over 6 hours to correct the cause of the problem and system is now functioning perfectly! Thank you Jerry for awesome work! DSI did a great job accomodating our office on having our alarm system hooked up. Not only did they accomodate our short notice and changing schedule but they also went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The techs were great, ensuring everything was working and made sure they didnt leave until we were confident we had everything we needed. Very happy with the service!

We recently had Brian and Jerry from DSI install a commercial camera and alarm monitoring system and we couldn’t be happier with their service and work. We just installed an aPod access control system. Bryan the technician was here 2 FULL days and he was wonderful to work with.Very knowledgeable and efficient. He had so much patience and made us feel comfortable enough to ask him question. He was respectful of our time and cleaned up all his garbage and vacuumed when he was done for the day!DSI and Bryan come highly recommended by Epiphany Lutheran Church!Thank you
