Been there two times the first time I had to contact overseas for them to add middle initial so the cashier said the middle initial was added and was declined again saying the full middle name and the manager is just as STUPID AS THE EMPLOYEE! Talking about court case it’s not the customer fault if you’ll failed to follow procedures from the beginning! Then have the audacity to get rude with me! POOR SERVICE!!!!! FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM

I just had a terrible experience, I am waiting on my drivers license in the mail and Melanie McLaren said I can’t use my drivers license for picture ID even though there is a sticker on it from service Ontario saying valid drivers license photo ID. I feel discriminated against and I was just there on June 24th and used the same ID and there were no problems. I will be reporting the incident.Advice to Marlaine, learn to have compassion for others. Your attitude towards me was unacceptable which is why I was upset.Poor service, I won’t be back to this location again due to the disrespect I felt.
