Amazing. I arrived in new glasgow to hear a very unsettling grinding sound in right front wheel. I went to maccullochs first thing in morning and drove away before lunch. Bad tie rod. Staff were super nice, especially with my dog. Everyone was helpful. The price was good too. Really good to find a trustworthy place.

Horrible kept being put through to different people 3 in the same service department to get an extremely rude fella. Will never go back there and did for a few years. Go to Canadian tire. A fraction of the price and the fellas are nice.

Very good service there. It's definitely the best place to go to get a truck fixed. I will not go anywhere else then here. These guys are good at what they do and the best in the business. Why go anywhere else when they are the best in Nova Scotia.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. We had to make an emergency stop here on our way home from a road trip. Our vehicle started running rough and the engine light came on. Based on the reviews, we thought this would be a good place to have it looked at. Just needed them to scan the code to determine how serious of an issue we had. The mechanic who helped us out was a nice enough guy. But the man taking care of billings at the front of the house is why you should avoid this place at all costs. He charged us $123 for an OBDII scan, with no parts and five minutes of labour in their parking lot right at their front door. The price was shocking. Guess he noticed our out of province plates and decided to take advantage of people who were clearly having a tough time. Hopefully this review prevents someone else from being ripped off.

Had a breakdown yesterday and was towed in and fixed up within a matter of two hours. Our problem was thankfully minor, but we appreciate the prompt and professional service! Thank you!
