I phoned Karl at Victoria alarms as we were experiencing some problems with our installed current alarm system he sent a tech named Wyatt out immediately within the hour Wyatt was already on the case they were punctual, friendly, and very knowledgable within a few hours Wyatt has solved our problem, and our alarm worries were behind us. I highly recommend them and their services! Great customer, service, and response time!

Amazing! Love it- super easy, good price. Telus has bought prices and most other services. This is WAY better. If you want to super local and get a great service this is your best bet. Recently had a system installed at my home by Victoria Alarm Service. They managed to fit us in last minute which was great as we are in the process of moving / traveling. The installation gave us a really nice Honeywell Lyric touchscreen keypad that we paid a bit extra for but it was worth the extra cost.The install took less than half a day and now we have remote access to our system and the ability to add remote control of light switches and our thermostat.Highly recommend this company. We did our research and they seem to really care about their products and services.
