Luxury Lake Retreat

I went there are a summer church camp and it was a very good experience. The rooms were nice and clean and the washrooms were great! I hope to visit this place again soon.

Absolutely lovely vacation home. Esther's property was large and spacious, with nice views all around. Around us were all kinds of parks and trails were not too far away at all.Her house had every we needed, just bring your food and spices! Spacious house, with so many beds that was able to accommodate our group of 10.Esther was so sweet as well, and gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for the house and the surrounding area. She's definitely a knowledgeable host and local :)

Esther is the one of the best host I have ever been hosted by, we were a group of 20+ people including the kids. She took care of very well, her hospitality is second to none! She welcomed us, gave us a tour, gave us extra games for kids, bat and balls for the tennis court, basketball everything. The first day she even drove us to the Creek nearby (nourish creek) something you have to go if you are staying here. Amazing experience and I would definitely recommend staying with her.

Our group had a great experience during our stay. Esther (owner) was so nice, she made sure that we had everything that we need. Nice place to unwind, enjoyed the bonfire at night, and air conditioners were available to beat the heat. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and the basketball court. We also had a chance to visit Cascades Falls which is also nearby.She also catered our meals (for 22 people) during our stay and it was really good. She even provided snacks in the afternoon and at night after our activities as a bonus. I will highly recommend this place.

Esther was an excellent hostess through and through. As a Christian family we felt respected during the planning of our reception at her house and the airbnb was just perfect to host not only guests at the receptions as well as our out of town family. She was like a second wedding planner to us guiding us to the right people to talk free of charge. We would recommend this place as a family retreat or for a bigger event such as a wedding. Esther is very kind, patient, accommodating and most especially understanding of individual needs.

Right from the get-go, her warm hospitality and diligent attention to detail shone through. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with every aspect of the setup for our celebration, ensuring that each detail was tailored perfectly to our liking.The retreat itself is a luxurious haven, offering breathtaking views of the lake and serene ambiance. It exudes a sophisticated charm while also maintaining a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere - the perfect balance that we were looking for on our anniversary.Everything from the top-notch amenities on the property added to our delight. The retreat provided us with the privacy and peace we needed, allowing us to soak in each precious moment of our celebration without any distractions.We wholeheartedly recommend Luxury Lake Retreat to anyone seeking a unique, high-end experience in BC. The combination of Esther's extraordinary hospitality and the retreat's magnificent setting promises an unforgettable stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit.5/5 stars - a perfect celebration at a perfect location!P.S.The only downside to this place was it's cleanliness. The host has instructed us all remove shoes upon entering. But the upper floor was not mopped and the ground floor was clean but has grime which made walking around barefoot unbearable. Future guests please take note!

From the beginning Esther was amazing, friendly and so accommodating with all the questions I had about having my wedding at her property. She is such an amazing individual who has so much joy to give and it shows in the effort she puts into weddings at her property and making sure that everyone has a memorable experience.We had such an incredible weekend!I have already recommended Esther’s property and her wedding services and will continue to do so!

Esther is a great host and her home was perfect for our family's first Christmas getaway. The open concept in the living room was great for playing games, watching movies, dining as a big group, and it was especially perfect for opening gifts on Christmas morning! The house was decorated beautifully with lights and garlands and Esther's attention to detail made is very Christmasy and cozy. I appreciated the cleanliness of the house and how communicative Esther was throughout our trip and would highly recommend this place for big groups/events. Until next time!

10 / 10. Very well hosted. Esther gives you a very high quality tour with her do's and don'ts. Then basically gives you all the privacy in the world. The layout was perfect for the size of our wedding and everyone had a great time.
