They definitely don’t do much to keep you happy just keep taking the money !! I feel like I was totally ripped off cancelling my policy !! Would never return back here or recommend

I always liked my broker, Josie. She was helpful, patient when I didn't understand, and very fast to reply. However, when the company she worked for was bought out by BrokerLink and she began to work for them, the quality of service took a steep nose dive. One day she suddenly quit, and it took a series of emails just to hear back.Before, if I needed a payment pushed back a couple days or new liability slips for my car, Josie took care of it same-day. Now I practically had to pull teeth just to get a reply about WHO my broker even is now. I am deeply concerned. My experience so far has been nothing short of terrible, and I don't see it getting any better in the future.
