Visited this place with family! It is a beautiful sanctuary for animals and the sanctuary owner Mike is kind and friendly. Highly recommend for individuals or families who love animals!

Beautiful place. Ex-cattle ranch and the animals are so friendly and loved. Perfect for a family outing or friend trip - their private tour included the chance to feed the cows, chickens, and ducks by hand. All animals can walk away, too, so there is no pressure or petting zoo" type mentality that can be traumatizing for animals. That said

Such a great sanctuary, you can tell how happy the animals are. A great experience getting a private tour.

What a wonderful farm. I was there on Mothers Day for the running of the cows. Yes you heard it right this beef cattle ranch holds this event every Mothers Day . The cattle are released into their summer pastures and after a long winter being kept in the winter pen they are all excited to get out onto the fresh green fields of spring. The guests spend the day feasting on home baked goodies and a BBQ. We were also encouraged to feed them carrots and fresh green grass while they were still in the winter pen. They also had a nice team of Belgium horses a Leopard Appaloosa were in a different enclosure . While a donkey and a Jersey milk cow had their own pasture. We were able to get up close and feed them all. Then around 3:30 the 3 horses are lead to a luscious green field that was to the rear of the farm house. Then it was time the crowd was ready for the big event of the Running of the Cows. We all followed the rancher from the front field to the back 40. Some folks were running ahead to get down to the field beside the one where the Cows will spend the summer. There was excitement in the air. The cattle were mooing the donkey and dairy cow were skipping and bucking around their field which is next to the one that the Cows and their calves had spent the winter. They knew what was about to happen. Then everyone was in place the rancher opened the gate of the winter pen and the herd was ready to go. Kicking up their heels and mooing all the way the all ran down to their summer pastures. It took me back to when I was growing up on our Ranch back home in Alberta. My son and his wife really made my Mother's day very special by treating me to this yearly event. Earlier in the day they had Musicians playing and you can also buy fresh spinach too. I highly recommend this as your Mothers Day event next year.

Happy to support a wonderful sanctuary! Got to feed chickens, ducks, cows and a horse. It's an expensive endeavor to feed large animals. I would encourage everyone to come visit.

Wow What a day May 14th 2023 to see and hear the big dogs so excited to get to pasture for the summer. Amazing experience never to be forgotten. Amazing vegan hotdogs and bakery items too!! And got some awesome merch :) Vegan AF

An amazing farm turned sanctuary. They have amazing visiting days where you can meet the cows, horses and ducks! A great way to meet farm animals without contributing to harmful industries, such as zoos.They also offer great volunteer opportunities! :)
