I received terrible customer service from Irene. I saw her being rude to an older lady cause she wasn't understanding her question, I had to step in and help the lady. Then she was rude to me for no reason, and very mea. The next day I made a call the next day for a simple question and she hung up in my face twice saying she was too busy" and to call back the next day. Which I did and she answered again saying I was annoying cause I called twice. I normally have no issues with staff there

Pas fort, j'appelle pour avoir les horaires, la commis me met en attente, après 18mn ça coupe!!! Je me déplace, la commis me dit :on est occupé après 17h donc il faut appeler avant 17h !!! Un service Wow! commentaire live de chez JC
