Milton Square Pharmacy

I've been using Milton Square Pharmacy for several years now, and they are definitely my favourite. Very friendly owners and staff, great customer service, extremely knowledgeable/helpful. Rania (one of the owners) and her husband are amazing! Highly recommend!

Rania the owner is great. The lady with her head covered needs customer service skills. Absolutely rude and needs to learn to admit to her own mistakes. The other issue with the pharmacy is most times medicine are not in stock. Deal with Rania or the gentleman that works there.

Much like the other reviews I agree that the service is fast and friendly. Because they are a small family run business they do not have the ability to run the late hours or Sundays, (as the large chains do) . BUT it is the fact that as a small business they do go out of their way for their customers time after time. As a result of this all my family's prescriptions are with them and I would recommend them to anyone .

Absolutely the best pharmacy around. They owners really care about their patients and go above and beyond regular service. 100% recommended!!!

The owners Shadi and Rania are nice people and pleasant to deal with but they have some new people working there and it is terrible having to deal with these people. They have no respect when talking to people and are very rude and unfriendly.They constantly mess up and never take responsibility for their mistakes. It’s literally always something. Every time you go to this pharmacy it is just stressful wondering what the issue is gonna be this time. They are very unknowledgeable and I have caught them lying about things multiple times. I am not the only person that feels this way because while I was waiting and talking with other patients they said the same thing that ever since the owners left it has been a terrible experience and they’ve switched to another pharmacy.This pharmacy has been going downhill since the owners have let these new people take over when they aren’t there. They literally get upset if you even call or ask questions and give attitude. You should be able to communicate with your pharmacy and feel comfortable to ask questions.I hate the experience of having to go here and have to mentally prepare myself to not get upset every time I go here. I was there today and there’s a guy working there who was absolutely horrible to even have a conversation with. Your better off going to Shoppers Drug Mart down the street or there is a pharmacy in the Home Depot plaza where the people are very nice and sweet people to deal with.

The owners and staff at this pharmacy go beyond the usual customer service. They treat us like family and are always warm, courteous and kind. Their treatment is especially appreciated during this pandemic because they have never faltered in their prompt, kind and safe service. They even go so far as to remind us when certain prescriptions are due and even offer suggestions of more cost efficient options. They are thorough in letting us know how and when to take new prescriptions and no matter how busy they get, they are always friendly and sweet. This applies to both owners and all their staff members we've ever had to deal with. This is a great pharmacy with a really fantastic team, always ready to help. Don't hesitate to give them a try, you won't regret it. :)

Lucky to have found this pharmacy when finding my doctor. They are always attentive to my needs and even work with my doctor to ensure my health is considered. Thanks to this team for making me feel like they are in my corner. They also have so many ways to connect with them and get advice or place refills.

I recently visited Milton Square pharmacy and was extremely impressed with the level of service and care provided by the staff. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The prices were competitive with other pharmacies in the area.
