Don't waste your time

This is the worst company I ever worked with. After the on site measurement, they didn't give any quote in 3 weeks. After I pushed many times, one quote came. And then, the construction happened in almost 1.5 months later still after a lot of pushes. They didn't install my glass rail correctly back and it doesn't work now. Further more, yhe quote includes the deck rebuild and install a roof. They only did the deck and never came back and spoke to me anything in last 3 months. I will never recommend this company for deck things.

Don’t bother with this contractor. I received a quote last November from Lyle, which I accepted and told him my plan was to have our deck redone in the Spring. I followed up with him 2 weeks ago advising Lyle that I wanted to schedule the installation. He responded commenting that he wanted to come by that week to again review the scope of work. I told him I was it available that week but certainly for the following week. After that no comment from Lyle. I sent him an email confirming the voice mail message that I wanted to proceed. No response. I then sent him an SMS text and again no response. This is over a span of several days. I then sent him another text voicing my concern over his non responsiveness advising that this is a red flag for me and said if I did not hear from him by the following Monday, I would hire another contractor. Well I guess Lyle did not like that and told me to find another contractor. I was flabbergasted as the only thing I was guilty of was following up. I then read some google reviews which were poor for the most part. I’m kicking myself for not checking reviews in the first place. Not reliable or professional.

Honest and great quality work, would recommend Lyle and his team anytime.

Don’t waste your time with another rude man-child who has yet to realize that the world doesn’t revolve around him. I’ll let someone else take care of my house.
