I have used the services of Superior Propane since building my home in Victoria in 2016.There services have been prompt and, other than one instance in the first year when I ran out of propane... their regular supply/servie has been without fault and professional.Anyone who does rely on propane for their home needs, I would highly recommend taking advantage of their automated weekly tank monitoring to avoid running out of propane.

We have been very happy with the service we receive from Superior Propane. We especially appreciate the feature that allows us to monitor our usage and tank level via our iPhone app. Also knowing they monitor and will automatically come and fill our tank means we don’t worry about running out.

I contacted this company for an emergency need. It was a really amazing experience for me. This was my first time to use this kind of service. A girl named Esra received my call and patiently helped me solve many problems and placed the order smoothly. I know this is a big company, and it is Esra that makes me have confidence in its service. I found photos of the employees on Google, and it was nice to see the smiles on everyone's faces. A company with such good employees is bound to get better and better. People who treat others well are happy and lucky! God bless you Esra.

Do not order propane from Superior Propane unless you want your neighbours tank filled and billed to you under your account!Over 2 hours spent on hold, an email with no response, and a contact form completed over the last 7 days with no rectification to date, despite being told the propane would be delivered and bill reversed.Superior Propane is impossible to get a hold of and the only person I’ve spoken to couldn’t help me. I was advised that someone who could provide assistance would be calling today, which did not happen.

Absolutely UNREALIABLE non service. We are freezing our butts off because superior can not deliver in an appropriate manner. Our tanks are at below 10% and we should have had a fill up a week ago. Do not recommend unless you like frostbite in your own home. Disgraceful company
