MI-NE Japanese Restaurant
As soon as my partner and I got there, we felt uncomfortable as the service felt off when we entered. We were greeted poorly meanwhile the family behind us were greeted with A LOT of enthusiasm. There was a family of four who were white that followed behind us. Of course they were provided service first even though we came in first, and we were seated first. After we sat, we noticed the tables were significantly dirty and weren’t bothered to be wiped down. We waited to be served for 5 minutes then noticed the table of the family got served before us while my boyfriend watched the server ignore us along with the other waitress. I was willing to wait but my boyfriend did not like the vibes and at best from the feels and aura, the food would be mediocre at best. We then left after not being served or noticed and went to our favourite sushi restaurant called Sushi by K, highly recommend & I promise you won’t be treated awfully.I do not recommend this restaurant.

Went there for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the rolls came out. Service was attentive and quick. We were seated quickly and barely had to wait for our food. (Rolls and sushi only)We will definitely be going back.

Good customer service- the waitress heard or put in wrong order but didn't give us a hard time to change once I said it wasn't what I had ordered.Large portions and yummy as always

MI-NE Japanese Restaurant
First visit with my family and really loved the experience. Friendly staff seated us in a booth right away. We started with the kanitama crab salad, shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura. Then had Aburi salmon sushi and a small Sushi and Maki platter. Our server was very attentive even though they were busy. They also had many takeout orders. Highly recommend them.

Our go-to sushi restaurant for special occasions. One of my favourites! The appetizers, sushi, lunches, and dinners are all so tasty and hearty. Staff is friendly and attentive, and service is always very quick. So so good!

Their eel don is really good for the price. It comes with a combo including miso soup and salad. The only thing is that I expected them to give ice cream scoop like most Japanese restaurants do but they didn’t:(

The Richmond Hill location is probably the best one I have ever been to. The staff is really nice and friendly and the sushi here is by far the most delicious I’ve had around the city . I have tried their other locations ( Aurora and Downton) and while also great, But the Richmond hill location to have the best quality sushi. I just wish the restaurant was bigger and could fit more people inside at a time. The best mushroom soup I've tried anywhere, ever! All the assortment of mushrooms were heavenly and the taste was perfect!. Service is excellent and they have nice cute private booths for seating. Come here often and would recommend for people of all ages who love good sushi and other Japanese dishes
