Ponies and Pipsqueaks

A memorable experience for the kids for sure. We would only have one complaint…the people at the event we attended. One father of another child sat right in front of my little one … she couldn’t see the show… some parents seemed inconsiderate of the people helping with the event… making jokes when the workers tried explaining how to brush the ponies. I could see where some of the complaints come from. People expecting something this isn’t. One family drove right over the well marked parking area. Lots of disrespectful people attended. Broke my heart to witness… it wasn’t the kids. It’s the parents. I would do an event here again if there was a way to screen out the disrespectful attendees. Lots of work went into the Peter rabbit event. Kids loved it!!

Today November 26,2022 we are a group of 9 book to experience Christmas on the Farm and had a very disappointing experience. We are honestly late of literally 6mins they let us in but everything was a rush. Each Kids didn’t have that moment with Santa. Only two rounds of pony ride understandable because we are late but what was more disappointing and very unacceptable is they charge $15 additional per adult and they didn’t let us have a family picture with Santa because they said the next family have arrived. When we look at the page for today’s pictures for options on buying additional pictures for kids only our Family didn’t have a Family picture. So sad So disappointing. Even just one family picture they didn’t let us. Paid so much money to be wasted. And didn’t feel the Christmas on the Farm at all. Wouldn’t recommend to family and friends especially to big groups.

This was an awesome experience for Christmas for my little guy. I brought the big kids too and they got to meet the ponies and learn about them. Santa was so awesome and his elves too. Totally happy we went out to experience the farm. Thanks to all your great staff!

They did everything they said they would do and I don't know if they were just having a bad day because there are so many good reviews on here- which is why we went here... but the tone of it did not feel like a birthday party and it was very stressful the whole time. When we arrived we did not know where to go...no one greeted us for awhile. Our kids were extremely respectful and well behaved. The majority of the party was brushing the ponies which all of the kids got sick of, and the pony rides which I was aware would be short, were like one minute or less...for the amount we paid I didn't know they would be that short. Also, the kids would have loved to learn a bit about the saddle and stir ups rather than just brushing. The main lady seemed very sick of working with kids. Though they barely acknowledged it was her birthday at all, luckily, my four year old didn't notice and did enjoy it. It's too bad though because it was a beautiful location and could have been so magical. My suggestion is rather than being frustrated with the kids, find better ways to communicate the rules and try to gain a better understanding of what visitors are not used to and find a better way to communicate so that people have an easier time meeting your needs. Also, buffer in time for people to arrive, acclimatize to the environment, get sorted out and use the bathroom...younger kids need more flexibility. I also recommend sending an email to the family in advance that they can send to all of the guests that includes things like: please be right on time but also don't be early, please weigh all of the children in advance as there are height and weight limits, here's where you go when you arrive etc... There is a lot of potential for it to be totally awesome but as it stands now we won't be back and I was disappointed.

I’ve been volunteering at Ponies and Pipsqueaks since last summer. Krista is an amazing horse/pony woman. She takes excellent care of her herd and the people who come to experience the joy of ponies! Krista is kind and patient. She always considers the safety and enjoyment of all her guests - from tots to seniors. I would highly recommend visiting Ponies and Pipsqueaks! There’s bound to be something for everyone!

If you have 3-5 year olds please read this post.Be aware there are lots of rules. So as a parent the time will not be too pleasant. You will have to make sure your kid is quiet, doesn’t run, cry or any large movements. Which is difficult. They claim it’s for insurance and don’t want the pony to get spooked which is fair. Though the 3 hrs isn’t enough. It’s not enough time for the kids to acclimatize. No one will tell you 10min left. They will tell you to leave asap. No hanging around out side at all.Multiple business run out of this location so be aware where you can go is very limited.Lastly the people tuning the place seem jaded and just want your money.You have been warned.If you kids are older I could see the value in this.

What an absolute GEM of a place. We went for a little Christmas magic and found a TON of it. So well done, so thoughtful, so magical, and a forever memory for the kids and us. Everyone was so loving and spirit filled despite standing in the freezing snow to give the kids, and adults, a magical time. We all left feeling Christmas in our veins! Smiles and talks about our day continued until bedtime. Thank you for such a thoughtful and well done experience to boost our moods and get us ready for the big day. Blessings!!! We will be back :)

An incredible Christmas experience! Mrs. Claus set the tone with her awesome sense of humour and wonderful welcome. The elves were fun and engaging and Santa was truly magical with his jokes, stories and connection to the little ones (and the adults too). Too many special touches to mention them all, topped off with the pony ride. Thank you for this beautiful memory! I’m sure Hadley, JoJo and Ellie will be talking about it lots and they will remember to set out a cookie for Mrs. Claus!
