I was driving home from Ottawa when all of a sudden all the dashboard lights went on like a Christmas tree and the car started to slow down.I pulled over and I called them to see how long they thought it would take to find me if I needed a tow. Explained my situation and that I was going to call my mechanic to see what he thought the issue was.As I was calling and speaking with my mechanic they sent a driver heading my way just in case, and sure enough, I needed the tow and by the time I called them back their guy was only 30 minutes away. Turned out I needed a new alternator.I was on a back road in Carp and they found me with no issue! The driver was great and did not treat me like a “dumb female”. You can count me as one of the “damsels” saved!!!
