Showed up way early for my appointment, coming from out of town. The super friendly lady checked me in early and my car got taken back before she was even done, despite being fully booked. Service was performed within 30 minutes. Recommendations for what I need next were on point. Super pleasant experience. Thank you!

It was fairly quick and easy process. I do feel like I got judged at the dealership for the way I was dressed, I came from work so didn't have the most nicest clothes on. I already bought the model 3 performance and just wanted to test drive one before I signed to take it. They acted like I was here to take the car on a joyride, finally convinced someone to let me test drive it. I liked and bought it, hr later from leaving the dealership, front motor stopped working. They dealership closed for Saturday, so had to wait until Monday. Tech was really nice, hopefully they get it fixed soon. It's frustrating when the car breaks down with only 30km, didnt even get to enjoy it.

I went there for a test drive, I had an appointment so all was very easy, my information was there and I just confirmed it. The guys were nice, explain everything in detail, allow me to choose which car I want to try, also I was able to try 2 of them, coffee and juices available while waiting for the car, it takes like 5 minutes only. And the experience driving a Tesla for first time was amazing, totally awesome, I love it and planing to buy one soon. I love the Model X.

Needed an emergency charge before they opened on a Saturday and they happily moved one of the other vehicles for me to do so and let my daughter and I hang out in the lounge and get hot chocolate and coffee. Thanks for the great service!!

Fantastic purchasing experience, friendly knowledgeable staff. So much nicer than the usual dealership experience, IE no extended warranty, protection package or other garbage forced on you.

What's not to like? Easy booking, great communication, easy check in, updates on progress, customer lounge with refreshments if your waiting. Everything done through the app, if you're a Tesla owner then you know, if you're not, well its worth researching why you might wanna switch. You won't be disappointed and will love the savings you'll make.

I've always been impressed with how Tesla does business. Very professional and yet laid back. Love the fact that there's no pressure and it is what it is.Go to any other dealership and its always the sleazy sales game that's played, so sick and tired of that.It's been a month with my Tesla Model Y and I'm very happy with the decision. Build quality is fantastic, they've definitely improved over the years.Where I would like to see some improvement is the response time from the sales team. Calling the number to discuss anything is near to impossible. At the end, I found communicating via text is the only way to get the sales team to respond to anything.Other than that, very very happy! I don't need to recommend this brand because.... Well... It's Tesla.

Trying to speak with someone over the phone with the local number posted on Google is an impossible task! I have been trying to get a hold of someone (I am currently in Europe) and I can’t send text messages, which seems to be the only way to communicate with these guys…not even by WhatsApp! I cannot believe there are not other ways to speak with these folks. How is it possible Tesla cannot offer a phone number that is being answered by a human being??? For trying to model what the future can be like, they are very limited. A very frustrated client.

This was the first time going to a dealership with zero pressure. You go in, take out a car or two, and head back in the show room. When you think the high pressure sales tactics are about to start they don't. The team there ask you a few questions and then the rest is left to you. Sure they will follow up with you but none pressures you in any way. Everyone there will help you out rather than only one person. So far it's been really good dealing with them as I decide to jump over to Tesla or stay with Mini.UpdateI bought the Tesla and it is a very different experience. Unlike other dealers, the team the help and there are no pushy sales happening. Everything was smooth and fast and all done online. Its very different.
