Golden Dragon Restaurant
We stayed nearby in Ramada and this was the only restaurant open nearby so we ordered takeout. BIG MISTAKE.The food was stale and pathetic. Tofu tasted like a piece of rubber fried in oil. It was gross. The noodles were 1/4 part boiled noodles and 3/4 part boiled (not really) vegetables with no flavour at all. Crispy chicken was bearable. We wasted $60 and had to throw away so much food.

I love the food here. I can't get unhealthy Chinese food like this in Toronto so when I visit Sutton I like to indulge.Edit. Good food but prices went up. Too expensive for this kind of unhealthy Chinese food.

Ordered $50 of takeout last week, one chicken wing tasted like fish, another had a weird taste almost like cinnamon, the food wasn't fresh, it was terrible actually, I couldn't eat it. Will never order again.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls which were in fact breaded chicken bits, barely any chicken , which in hindsight is ok Because I’m not really sure what they’re using for chicken as all 3 chicken dishes were awful . Also ordered chicken curry and pad Thai. Both dishes came with chicken that was mushy like it had been boiled and a texture that was just not good . Not sure why there was tofu in my chicken pad Thai . The general tso chicken had great flavour but again just The same breaded chicken bits soaked in sauce.The plain fried rice was the only enjoyable part of the meal. I will say delivery was quick and pleasant perhaps pre-cooked food as my order was at my door 20 minutes after I ordered it.$90 for 5 dishes and 3 of them went in the garbage . Disappointed

Apart from an ambient environment and a kind lady to serve, the food quality is bad, everything is pre-fried plus a bit of source. A small bowl of grey rice, which is not hot and has been cooked for hours if not longer, charge you $5.25 plus tax, be careful.

While I only had the crab cheese wontons, they were plump, succulent, fried delicious wontons of goodness. Worth driving there to get them fresh. 11/10 would recommend.

Enjoyed a nice dinner. Food is average. Definitely overpriced for the quality. The sauces remind me of the prepackaged sauces and condiments used and not homemade. The restaurant is clean and portions decent. You can taste the use of frozen veggies in their dishes. For the price and quality I can give only 3 stars. One for the cleanliness, another for the kindness and other for the customer service.

I really love their Singapore rice noodles, tests soooo good. Oh don't forget try the sweet sour chicken ball, small one, but less flour. My friend and me love them.
