Purchased a car from North Auto several months ago and had a great experience. Like advertised, Ian provided a no pressure approach, allowing me to take my time and see what was available. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he had available and was open about both the good and bad qualities of each, often down to differences between years of the same model.I thought all of the vehicles available were competitively priced with the added bonus of an on-site mechanic to provide some checks. Ian was also willing to take care of some minor cosmetic damage around the window and had that part completely replaced along with fixing some wheel balance issues.Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle as an alternative to private sellers.

I got a pretty good deal for the car I bought. I also got 48 hour to return the car with a full refund if got any reasons to do so. The reception was welcoming and the services were just friendly. If you ever find a vehicle you like there, I would recommend you got it a try.

Ian is the most honest, nice and helpful car salesman I've met. He goes the extra mile for his customers. He took me to the registry and insurance company to get the car I bought registered and insured. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy the car like how I did with most other dealerships . Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a car !
