I went for an oil change for my Toyota. Made an appointment at 10am, arrived at 9:50am. It took them 1 hour and 23 minute to just do an oil change and it cost me 106 CAD...It's just hard for me to believe someone can be as slow as this. Besides, I don't know French so I spoke English to pay my bill. The lady sit around the door just told me I do not speak English" but she apparently can understand what I said. What a rude customer service. I will avoid this place and try somewhere else."

I went to get flowers, there were very few left, which is fine since it was a nice weekend and everyone came out to get flowers all at once, but the ones left I wish they were better cared for, either over watered or dry, not in the best shape, really not much choice left at all, no herbs or veggies, hopefully they will receive a shipment soon.

Absolute worst service.I had a tire change and oil change scheduled on top of a diagnostic for a issue with my starter. Once they informed me of the issue and cost I wanted to cancel the tire change, they tell me they already did the tire change and oil change because they had time to take my car in before the scheduled appointment which was the next day.... So they call me after having done the work and tell me the total price going up to more than 1k.They tell me it's what I signed in the contract but the contract simply says that you authorize them to do the work... which is very vague.One of the employees in the offices was condescending telling me that we'll do a little math class together while explaining the fees.They are rude, impatient and seem to find issues on your car that aren't actually there (according to other comments)Also seeing them respond to other customers when I went to pickup my car.. not at all impressed.I do not recommend this garage!

Terrible customer service and its total chaos out here. I took my appointment a day before and still I have waited two hours to change a light bulb that should take 10 minutes at max. They decided that the service is completed while I clearly told them that there are two bulbs to change, they just changed one and considered the car ready to go.I would rather find a more descent repair service and would never come back for a car service here again.

I brought the car on Saturday morning. They told me it would be ready the same day or maximum Sunday, now when I call them they tell me that it’s going to be ready maybe on Monday afternoon if I’m lucky. Did not even apologize. Now I have to come back for nothing and I live far. Unacceptable.

The staff at the auto shop was courteous and friendly.However. I brought my car in for suspension work. Due to my own misunderstanding, the wrong work was done, and the problem was not resolved. In the end, control arms were replaced on one side. They told me it was inspected and good to go. Immediately, as in, that week, the control arms on the other side developed major issues. I took it back, they did the work, and gave me a $100 discount.I asked them to take a long test drive and make sure the front suspension was in good order.THE NEXT DAY, the front suspension began knocking, indicating a ball joint was completely worn out. A mechanic gave me a second opinion and said it should have been obvious to anyone re-doing the control rods.I left Canadian Tire's service centre a message, and no one has gotten back to me.Look elsewhere. They're polite, but this should not have happened, and I am not happy.Edit: I dropped it off. They told me they “didn’t tighten a linkage”. That was Thursday. Today is Saturday and the suspension is still knocking.Edit: the issue turned out to be a linkage that Canadian tire stripped the threading by over torquing. Had to be replaced.

Had a decent experience at this Canadian Tire location although it was difficult to find someone to help me find anything.The only helpful section we could find was within the plants section outside which had plenty of help.Ended up leaving with plants and microfiber towels on sale.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but this ordeal required it.I have shopped at Canadian Tire all my life and I’m 67. I want to start by saying the person who served me directly did his best to try and help me, Ash, was amazing. The way this issue was handled by the director clearly shows they obviously have very poor customer service skills or just don’t care how their store is perceived.I bought on line with a pickup at this location a cabinet for my daughter. I am here visiting so had to get a Communauto to pick it up. When I did, their automated pick up service was not working so had to find an employee to help us. He showed us the box and I remembered that when I had made the order it said two boxes but was assured by the employee it was only one. I had to wait a few days to build it but when I started, the first thing I noticed was that there was no instructions or hardware. I returned to the store on foot and after some convincing they opened another box and gave me the instructions and hardware from that one. I returned home and removed all the parts to start and looked for part number one as instructed and it was not there. It was then that I realized that there were only two doors for a cabinet that had four. Obviously one box was missing! I was lucky and another car was available so returned to the store again with the base of the unit since it was cracked. Once again after lots of deliberation they realized it was two boxes and the box we had previously gotten the parts from was the missing item. Since I had check and they had three in stock when I bought it then two left when I first went to get the manual and hardware I asked them to change the base. Here is why I am most upset, I am told they don’t have anymore in stock to replace it, which was clearly not true and I am offered $10 as compensation for the cracked base. This was a $400 unit! I have been a retail manager manager for 40 years and the first rule I always taught my team was if you lie, sooner or later you’re going to get caught and when you do it’s going to be worse. Also if you are going to offer compensation for an issue, make sure it is appropriate and not an insult, as $10 was. All this took hours and hours of my time and the additional rental of a car for something that was clearly their error and on top of it all that the product was damaged. I felt badly for Ash trying his best and being left to make the pitiful offer. I told him the the director clearly needed it more than I did so just keep it. If your company makes a mistake you take responsibility plus the least this person in charge could have done is come to apologize to me directly. Well never go back to this location again, that’s for sure and Canadian Tire time to do some employee evaluations.
