The Climbing FOX crew is delightfully! From start to finish they showed professionalism, respect and kindness. I think that is very hard to find these days. I will definitely be calling Climbing Fox again!

Mike and his crews were great to work with. They removed an old apple tree and large shrub as well as pruning two larger trees. We had some tight deadlines for access thru a neighbour’s yard and they were very flexible to get the work completed as requested. All the employees were great, and they did a good job with cleanup every day. We appreciated that Mike was back and forth to our place, ensuring things ran smoothly. Rita, in the office, was very quick to respond to all questions and kept us informed as to when crews were scheduled to arrive. Our neighbours are already asking for their number, and we are very happy to recommend them as they were knowledgeable, answered our questions, providing lots of good suggestions and were easy to work with. Thanks again.

OK, I will get right to the point, if you are looking for a reliable, tidy, professional, honest crew, look no more!!! We have hired others and will never look back!!! Their quote was more than fair, they spent the day with us and when they left it was tidy and cleaned up, not one plant was damaged and there were many we couldn’t move!! The crew work so well together. they all treat each other with great respect!!!! It was such a pleasure. The office staff are fabulous to talk to, super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was the best! We are looking forward for them to come back to trim our hedges in the fall!!! A huge fir tree was toppled in our back yard during one of the recent winter storms. It was precariously propped up by a couple other trees ready to destroy a bunch of fencing, and maybe the corner of my neighbors roof. (See the pics.)Once the wind died down Climbing Fox was able to deal with the situation, and brought the tree down without any property damage, and in record time. They even cleaned all the branches after another snow storm. Thanks guys. Top service.
